I love aroma joes but totally disappointed with this location. Asked for 24oz drink received 32oz and charged for the extra and the lcing on the cake I got my sandwich and the cheese had started to melt but the sandwich was actually cold not even warm. Normally the sandwich is hot and needs to sit for minute which is what I did to open it and it was a hard biscuit with cold to the touch sausage.

I come here often and the people are polite. I very kindly ask for light ice everytime. A drink is 7.45 if I would like light ice I should be able to get light ice. More often than not I do not get what I ask for. Today not only did I not get light ice I would say I got extra. Please listen to your customers and give them what they ask for. My whole 32 oz cup was loaded with ice. I barely got any drink. I dont want to have to drive all the way down lisbon st almost to Lisbon to get my aroma joes. Please do better.

I’m never disappointed with the food and bevs I get at this Aroma Joe’s. They use ethically sourced beans, local dairy products, high quality syrups, and the whipped cream they use is super addictive. Only the Lewiston ones seem to use the special whipped cream. The food and drinks are light years better than Dunkin and usually also better than Starbucks. I appreciate the ability to support a local chain as well.

The walk-up service is never good! Today I walked up, and after ringing the bell I stood in the heat for a solid 5 minutes, seeing girls walking by, before ringing again and then waiting another 2 minutes, finally someone came, to which I said “hello” nicer than I really had to be after waiting so long, just for her to stare back at me and say nothing. This was honestly very disappointing as someone who used to work at aroma joes, there a consistent pattern of new hires that are not friendly. Sometimes I honestly dread the thought of a new hire taking my order over those who have worked there longer such as the girls Jaylan, sawyer, or gabby. Kudos to those girls, always make it a better experience.

Staff is friendly and service is good, more often than not I see morning shifts are heavily understaffed with one person; for the amount of flow through the store. Management/owner needs to do a better job of providing support to their employees. Employees are again very kind and hard working

Sadly there is no consistency in drinks made here! I can order the same drink and one day the rush is bright red the next time purple. Half of the time I don’t think I have the right flavors in my drink. When getting coffee I have to emphasize light cream please. Some days it turns out I get basically a milk flavored drink with barely any coffee in it.

Service is usually very nice and quick, during peak hours line can get pretty long sometimes waiting in roadway. Ive been here early in the morning to later in the day and all the employees are great

Although the baristas were pleasant, when we drove off and tasted our coffee (we had ordered a 16oz latte and a 16oz cappuccino), both drinks were just milk. No coffee at all. We went to another Aroma Joe’s to actually get shots of coffee added, and had to pay for the shots. We were told by the second Aroma Joe’s location that the first one we visited, was owned by a different person.

I drive a couple miles out of my way for Aroma Joes coffee! WAY better than DD, in my opinion. Quick, friendly service too!

For the record, I love Aroma Joe’s. However, I have a concern at times about product consistency. My favorite ham and swiss croissants vary from lightly crispy outside (perfect) to soggy bread from under toasting (not perfect). The other concern is the inconsistent amount of ice added to the drinks. For over seven dollars, I am disappointed when my drink is chock full of ice from top to bottom.
