I was waiting at the pickup counter for pizza for over 10 minutes, there were 2 employees working the kitchen yet neither of them helped me. While waiting I overheard them talking poorly about a customer who had called to make an order. I had to then go to the cashier to see if my order was done. She walked right back there and the pizza was done and had been sitting on the warmer the entire time I was waiting. Overall horrible experience, and even worse customer service.

The young man and short chubby lady that worked at pizza counter were rude. I waited to order and watched a young man making a pizza and not acknowledge me. I left to use restroom and my husband took my place and he was still making the same pizza when I left!! Well he stopped making that one pizza when he saw a man get in line behind us and asked how he could help them!! Then the woman was just standing by the office door looking at paperwork hanging on door, did NOT even acknowledge us! When she noticed me taking a picture, then she finally tried to take my order. She was rude and short with her replies. Both my husband and I decided to eat elsewhere.
Short version rude employees. This place needs management training and to teach its employees about customer service.
The coffee was good and Nathan at the checkout was very nice.

One of the worse Casey’s for gas. Rare to have all the pumps work,. Never any paper in the printers for receipts. Usually can’t clean windshields because there is either no cleaning solution or the squeegees aren’t any good. When the Quick Trip a short distance away opens, this Casey’s won’t be able to compete

Poopy pooty patootie (Not pictured) was present on BOTH toilet seats. This would have been Hilarious if my urge to urinate had previously been satiated. Unfortunately, I did need to potty very badly. Probably would not visit again. Not because I am dissatisfied with the establishment but because I do not live here. Blessings from the Lord.

The pump handle was broken. I couldn’t get pump 8 to start pumping for several minutes. Eventually, I hit the right squeeze, and it started limping along. The parking lot was icy and not cleared after the snow. And the checkout line inside was long and slow. Not a fan of this place. I’ll stick to the turnpike

They get 2 stars for a clean bathroom. The clerk/manager was rude when I asked about coffee. They don’t have coffee after 8pm. It was 9p and the store is open at least until 10p. I was told if I wanted coffee I should come before 8p. We were driving through so not an option to plan that, we just wanted coffee for our long drive. This is not typical for our experiences at a Casey’s.

We come through Emporia occasionally and have never stopped here simply because we didn’t know it was here. We just had a not-so-pleasant experience at another gas station and while on a search for someplace to eat we saw Casey’s. We gave it a try since we like their pizza and at 11:30 at night they had fresh pizza ready to go. The place was very clean and the girl working was very nice. This will definitely become our go-to stopping point /rest stop when we go through town.

I’ve had mainly bad experiences when ordering/ receiving food from here, usually I can call and talk with someone to get the original sorted out but now the new phone system makes you wait forever to talk to someone and when you do finally get someone they’re rude as can be and short tempered. Almost every other order has had wrong or cold items the past few months, tonight was the last time for a while that I’ll be ordering from here.

Normally I have no problems with this location (3184 US-50, Emporia, KS 66801).
However I will not be getting and food made on site again. Have seen the employees preparing food without gloves and without hand washing after cleaning/other tasks. I have worked in the food production and food service industry for over 15 years. I know how it should be done and trust me it’s not happening here.
