We are new to the area and our realtor recommended Chapmans BBQ. This place is amazing! The BBQ is delectable!! All the sides are amazing, especially the beans! Everything is soo delicious! Get there early because he sells out! Russ the owner is a great guy and a great cook! We’ll be coming by often!

The Brisket was hand down absolutely amazing. Honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. The ribs where a bit fatty. I will try then again before commenting anymore. The Loaded Potato was fun, I ended up drenching it in BBQ sauce.

Really liked it. Simple, straightforward, solid pulled pork, good green beans. Loved the regular sauce and the original. Call ahead and reserve it or come early. They only had pulled pork when we got there on a Friday at 6pm. May come tomorrow to try the brisket.

This is a hidden gem in the small town of Monticello Indiana. We have been to a lot of bbq places and we will definitely revisit this place. I had the brisket plate and my wife had pulled pork plate, both were very delicious. The owners are very friendly, I highly recommend this place.

We decided to give this place a try. The food was delicious. Portion sizes of the meat was more than enough and we had left overs too. They do have some tables inside and outside if you want to sit and eat. They accept cash or credit card. The menu is always different so be sure to check them out on facebook for the latest and greatest offerings each day. They are open until sold out so be sure to check ahead of time if you are coming later in the day.

This place is delicious. My family of 7 ate here and there was not a crumb left on my children’s plate ! We had the pulled pork sandwiches , green beans, and scalloped potatoes.
