I liked the service, they really seemed to be friendly and helpful and I was glad they had brisket to offer because I am not a huge barbecue pork fan the food delicious but I probably will go with something different next time and also got plate for my girl and she enjoyed it. I will post some pictures not that great of pictures but you can get the idea.

The pulled pork sandwich, ribs, and brisket plate were all really good, tender, smoky, and full of flavor. The brisket had a nice flavor and wasn’t dry at all. Portions are big, so you get your money’s worth. I wouldn’t say it’s the best BBQ I’ve had, but it definitely satisfies if you’re nearby and hungry. Outdoor seating is a nice bonus, and it’s a great casual spot for lunch or dinner when you’re passing through.

So thankful we stopped by to give this place a try. The food was delicious and the lady behind the counter was so sweet. We had the brisket, which melted in your mouth and pork, which had a ton of flavor. Both were delicious! The loaded potato salad and Mac’n cheese were tasty too. We will definitely hit this place up again when we come to town.

This food trailer(truck) offers several types of smoked meats on various sandwiches. Today I had the heart attack, which includes brisket. Pulled pork and smoked sausage on a roll. Each one of the meats was perfectly smoked moist and absolutely delicious. And I am a snob with smoked meats. This went way beyond my expectations. I also sampled the potato salad, and it was equally as good. The gentleman running the trailer was very helpful in my selections and the food was done very quickly.

Today we had a couple kids graduate, so we finally swung by to get some brisket!
He had to pull some additional brisket out to fill the pound order…and what he pulled fresh was amazing! Unfortunately the bulk of it had been sitting and was super hard and dry. The flavor was great, but the texture was rough…
The potato salad was amazing!! Loved it! Not too wet, perfectly cooked potatoes and good mix-ins.
The smoked Mac n cheese was tasty and the kids gobbled theirs up with no complaints! I liked the rotini noodles…it made the side more filling.
I hate to not leave a 5 star review and I would maybe come back for an earlier meal in the hopes of getting all fresh brisket…but for $26.99/lb I don’t know that I’ll roll the dice on getting whatever has been sitting again.
I would definitely swing by just for some potato salad though!
