Dirty tables, unclean food bar, there was a dried up literal few scraps of veggies in the bin and when I asked the woman server if they were going to put some fresh veggies in the bin she proudly exclaimed a flat loud, “no!” And glared at me. I told her my husband is a vegetarian which got nothing from her. We have repeatedly literally tried to give them our business but every time we try, the place is nearly empty and always dirty.

Amanda was so kind and patient to make special accommodations on the meal and went above and beyond to ask for each items and patiently prepared the bowl like a masterchef! The bowl was prepared with 6 extra instructions for food sensitivity and it was just perfect! She got great customer service qualities! Wishing her loads of progress ahead!

Horrible experience !! (See photos) Employee at Chipotle stuck the marker through the burrito as you could see in the picture and They are very dirty behind the counter. Very small with the portion of food I have been eating at chipotle for many many years. This is far the worst one i have ever visited the chips barely had any chips in the bag broken crumbs. When contacting corporate about this issue, His name is Mark he can care less. He wanted proof that it was purchased at the pahrump location. He wanted proof that I purchased it After sending all the emails with info never once offered to replace my food. All Mark said on the emails were that the bkack markers used to write on the foil are nontoxic .

Update: As of 2 NOV 2023, I spoke with a Chipotle official today. “They do not expect to open before the first of the year 2024”. Remember, this is Pahrump, we are in the PST time zone.. that’s Pahrump Slow time. As of 27 JULY 2023, building in, parking lot laid. The restaurant looks to be one month from grand opening. Looks nice. I can’t wait to try their food. UPDATE 29 AUG 2023. It looks like they are still at least one month from opening. What’s taking so long Chipotle?

Management at this location is not friendly to first responders. This location needs new leadership since Pahrump is full of first responders. My colleagues and I will avoid this location until the poor management is resolved. Truly unfortunate because the food is great and Every other chipotle I’ve been to has been respectful and courteous to first responders and even provided a generous discount.

Food safety, cold food at pickup window. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled pickup. I waited nearly 30 minutes before I was at the pickup window due to congestion and delays within the lane. Upon arrival, I noticed that my bag of burritos were sitting cold on a metal shelf. I kindly asked that my burritos be made fresh. I patiently waited. Then, I noticed that the store manager removed my foil wrapped burritos that were loaded with sour cream and lettuce from the bag and placed them on the tortilla warmer (See photo). Then turned them a few times and placed them back in the bag and proceeded to hand them to me, which I refused. This is improper food handling as my burrito had sour cream, which if warmed up after sitting, could induce food poisoning. I asked again if my burritos could be made fresh and the manager refused. I asked for a refund and was told to contact corporate. I was out $24 and my family was unable to eat lunch.

Normally a good meal at an established location. This is a new site and is going through some growing pains. Crowds have thinned out but we like going for an early lunch. We have been there twice since opening and both days suffered from missing items from available selection. The first time was not too bad as they were only out of chips, but the most recent visit suffered from no quac, fajitas, salad greens and no fountain drinks. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt that they can turn this around with a little more time.

After waiting for the woman to finally come over from the register I ordered a burrito bowl to go. She put a tiny scoop of rice and beans followed by chicken in the bowl. So small it did not reach the edge of the bowl at any point . Why do small I asked ? She looked at me with a snot covered nose ring and replied “ you can order a double “ at that point I told her I’m not paying for that ! She gave me a mean look and said nothing. I exited the store for the final time

I haven’t been to a Chipotle in over 15 years.
My son wanted to try bit out, and so we went. I am so glad that we went. My last experience at Chipotle wasent the best, Soni had no, or low expectation. I was about to be set on a new path. After checking the menu, which is surprisingly small, but to the point, and checking the ingredients, (looked nice and fresh) we commenced to order. My son got a chicken burrito loaded up with rice, black beans, corn, salsa, cheese and Guacamole. It was enormous!!!! I ordered the Barbacoa with rice, beans, salsa, hot sauce, Guacamole, sour cream, and cheese. What a feast!!! The meat was prepared well, and was very flavorful. The rice and beans were tasty, and just right. The salsa and sauces, combined with the other toppings, just premium!! Thoroughly enjoyed. They also have some nice refreshing juice drinks to ho along with the standard Soda fountain drinks. After we ate, I realized I had to get a burrito to take home to the wife. I got her the steak burrito, same way as mine, but with the fresh Queso sauce as well. She loved it. We will be returning again, this time, sooner than 15 years.
