Had parked at the pilot and went over there.
Food was amazing, came out hot and ready, flavorful, looked appetizing. The chips were even warm! If im ever in the area again as a truck driver im definitely going here again
The atmosphere was a little quiet but picked up while being there for a little bit and even when it did pick up the servers were still so attentive, making sure we didn’t need anything else and if the food was good
Had the Parian Burrito Ex, The Enchalada Ranchero and the Camrones A Mojo Ajo (in the seafood)

I have been to lower 48. This is hands down one of the best Mexican food i have ever had. This is my second time in 6 months. I was going to give 5 stars six months ago but i said let me try one more time to make sure. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating. It is a must try.

First time at El Parian, very attentive service, amazing Chicken Torta (Sandwich) with a jalapeño Margarita (we like it spicy ️) highly recommend giving this family ran business a shot!

Parents and I went to try it out for the first time. It’s nicely decorated! Large menu. Forgot to take pictures when the food came and remembered after we started. Got steak fajitas, steak chimichanga and carnitas! Everyone liked the carnitas. For us, we like rare to mid-rare for steak. The steak was cooked well done. Flavor was good, just waaay overcooked for us. The employees for very nice! Very likely we will be back!
One thing we saw. If having a birthday they put a sombrero on the birthday person, sing and then smash whip cream on their face. We saw this happen to 2 tables and 3 birthday people at one table. Our family believes this is very disrespectful. We will NEVER tell or celebrate a birthday here due to this. If you like it, that’s up to you. We won’t go to another restaurant for this same reason. We found out the hard way.

First of all, the location of this restaurant is perfect. You’re not but a 3 minute walk from the truck lot, and you’re getting something other than *insert widespread fast food chain name here*.
The waiter was very accommodating, allowing me to peruse the menu, before I landed on the Burrito Tropical. While I waiter for my meal, a generous helping of chips and salsa was served to me, which were tasty.
My burrito came piping hot, dripping with cheese, and a side of chopped pineapple. It was a pretty good size too. For a hair shy of $20, this was a delicious meal.
As a thank you, I made sure to leave a nice tip, and got some Flan to bring with me on my trip.
I will definitely be stopping here again!

Great service, great prices, inviting atmosphere and large menu that includes scrumptious cocktails! Ample outdoor seating with comfy chairs in a deep rustic porch. Indoors attractively remodeled with traditional Spanish Colonial decor, natural materials and pleasant lighting. Traditional music, not too loud was a plus. We will definitely be back. Don’t miss the tamales.

Had a delivery close by and came across this restaurant. Stopped in for lunch ordered the fajitas, they were flavorful just right! Very nice portion id say it can feed two people. Plenty of space inside and outside. Plenty of semi parking as well, near by! Why not support a local Mexican restaurant, keep them coming!! Perfect location for everyone, cars, trucks, RVs you name it!!

I love Mexican food and have eaten at many, many different Mexican restaurants and food trucks. This place was, by far, my favorite. The salsa was excellent, and the enchiladas were nothing short of amazing. I usually put some Valentina or Cholula sauce on mine, but these were absolutely PERFECT. I can not even express how good they were. You just have to try them. My waiter was very good, too. I will definitely be stopping by every time I am in this area.

Me and my husband are truck drivers! We stopped they are right across the street from pilot truck stop. Very friendly customer service, did not wait long for the food! The food was so delicious! We enjoyed ourselves
