New review: this location just seems to get worse & worse….. You can’t order on the app and go pick it up. Unfortunately you have to go stand in front of them and watch them or it will be wrong every single time. They won’t cook your bacon. They’ll give it to you raw, which I understand. It’s safe to eat that way, but who wants to? It’s common sense things…. and it seems to me the people that they are hiring don’t even eat sandwiches or they would know how people want them made. It’s just common sense!!!!!!!!! Just look at our sandwiches, they are a mess. We got double cheese just sloppily thrown on. I had to straighten out on my own, they weren’t toasted, bacon not cooked, hardly any lettuce at all. Just disappointing. We won’t be back. Ever.
What happened to the old staff? Went tonight and it was ridiculous. We almost just walked out. 4 people working, we were the only customers and it took forever to even get acknowledged! They seemed very easily distracted and it took so long for 2 sandwiches. Sandwich was not as good as usual, they skimped on a lot of the ingredients. 6 pieces of turkey for a foot long?
(1 staff at the table on their phone, probably on break, so I get it. 2 talking by the drive through window. & the girl making our sandwich. There was also a 5th girl training)

The lady was super nice. But when my sister took a bite of her sandwich, there was a fly in it. Completely covered in ranch. I’m not sure how she didn’t notice that when she made the sandwich. We will not be back.

Nastiest subway iv ever been to. Food looks old very poor customer service. With rude and unsanitary employees I have never seen a employee wash there hands they just put on gloves and start making your sandwich very disgusting. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!! and stay shut down this time

An older lady was ahead of us in. She was terrible, making multiple orders, indecisive all the way, snide comments, then acted like it was the staff that “needs an attitude adjustment.” It took everything I had not to snap at the customer. These staff have the patience of saints. All of them. Grade A service in spite of attitude.

I came in to order a sandwich today and the guy working ( he was the only guy there) he was so disrespectful walked out when I accidentally put mustard on my sandwich and the girl she she could re make it and just just stormed out while she finished my BIG order. Then I proceeded to put a tip in the jar for offering to re make my sandwich and I saw him take the tip out and pocket it. I’ve heard and seen so many things about this guy , last time I came he was touching himself with a glove on. Never again will I eat there when he is working. He’s gross , and disrespectful to all the young girls there that are working.
