First time trying this place and it did NOT disappoint A very kind lady explained the menu to me and was incredibly patient and friendly while ordering. The food was great and the atmosphere was clean and laid back. I would definitely come back here again!

The food was delicious buy I felt could use a bit more salt. We all ordered sandwiches, the tripleta was very good, I loved the potato sticks! The table next to us had a very tasty looking pizza, I’ll have to return soon to try a pie.

This place just opened and it’s delicious! Everything from the bread to the fillings on our sandwiches was fresh and amazing. They also have a hot bar that looked awesome. The staff were attentive and friendly. We will be back!

“Tienes café con leche?” “Claro” is all I needed to hear to walk in the door. The entire staff was attentive & friendly, welcoming us & explaining the menu. It’s not easy to mix several countries’ cuisine on a menu without something lacking, but this family is doing it well, representing pieces of Cuba, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Mexico & Spain. We took to go different kinds of chicken, arroz, frijoles, all very tasty. The maduros I prefer a little more dark/fried but still good, loved the potatoes. Café was good and the empanadas were delicious! As if that weren’t enough, they had live music with a singer who had a beautiful voice! Next time maybe we’ll try the pizza. We definitely will return & recommend it to others. They brought some flavor to the area & we hope this family does very well here!

We tried this place based off our love of Latin food and were not disappointed. Had some empanadas, beef tostones, qumbia delight sandwich and a llanera pizza. Everything was full of flavor and delicious. Place was clean. Service was friendly and we enjoyed the outside dining options. Would definitely return if we’re ever in the area again. Edit: returned two days later for breakfast.

Tried Latin Melting Pot for Lunch, they have buffet type lunch special ( delicious) , Latin style Pizza and sandwiches. The food was fresh and delicious, service was great , location was clean and is big ( great for big parties ) and outdoor seating. Great option for lunch .

One of the best gems of Vero Beach. Absolute beauty and I can’t find any better superlative to describe the quality of good served in this lovely place where they serve authentic Latin food. Ambience, taste, customer service and atmosphere gives you the feel that you are in latin America.
Went for dinner and ordered a pork combo served with flavoured rice ( you get to choose from different rice varieties ), veggies I chose baby potatoes sautéed in onion tomato sauce, pork chops was yummy and tender, black beans and I asked for an extra Maryland fried chicken with chillies and onion salad. Delicious taste and totally value for money.
Customer service in this restaurant was top notch and the owner lady and her son were so courteous to offer me a free drink which was made out of strawberry and butter fruit. Out of the world drink to refresh yourself.
Highly recommend this restaurant and I will keep going again for their Cuban sandwiches and trying out their other dishes.

5 stars all over!!! They did everything right! The modern mood with classic music and delicious food! Finally a restaurant that serves multiple Latin dishes that actually taste true to the respective countries. I will be here very often!! Thank you Latin melting pot!!

The San I hope (beef stew) was delicious as well was the Colombian Cali sandwich. The garlic sauce on the sandwich threw it over the top. Next time, maybe we’ll try their pizza. And their green pizza oven is adorable.
