Absolutely love the Azuki Tea location. On top of all their regular boba drinks, they always added seasonal items on the menu. My two daughters are their biggest fans. They’d come almost weekly. I am on my usual diet to avoid more sugars but when I did get drink here I sure love it very much. I enjoy their dishes too. If you are into boba tea or Asian food be sure to check this place out! I have yet to make time to go to their new location in Oak Park. So this review is for this location in Thousand Oaks only.

Another 5 star, well deserved. This place exceeded my expectations greatly; Thousand Oaks isn’t known for their boba or Asian influence like some parts of Los Angeles proper, but this place is a great start. I really enjoyed the waffle which tasted phenomenal and came out quickly even though the location was busy when we got there. The drinks were off the hook and the perfect balance between sweet and savory that you would expect. My next time back I will be trying the shaved ice for sure. As an added bonus, grab yourself a selfie against the wings on the wall – great touch and a good way to stay busy while waiting.
Location is nice, located in the north ranch shopping center next to Trek bicycles, it’s never been easier to get your boba urges satisfied. The location was well lit, clean and had restrooms available. Service was very quick and the staff was very friendly. I will be back for sure!

BEST JAPANESE HOUSE MILK TEA!! I can’t go anywhere else for my house milk tea. Azuki has the best, most authentic tasting house milk tea that is 100% a family recipe. I highly recommend Azuki and you will love their helpful and attentive staff as well as their large menu which includes food.

I’m from Taiwan, a place known for its amazing boba milk tea. I have to say, their boba milk tea tastes exactly like what I’ve had in Taiwan—so classic! This place really reminds me of my hometown, so I come here often whenever I feel nostalgic, haha.
Their Taiwanese popcorn chicken is also incredibly delicious! It tastes just like the ones I had back in Taiwan, which truly amazed me!
This place is full of surprises, and it seems like all their food and drinks are fantastic. I’d definitely recommend visiting here to enjoy the different flavors of boba milk tea and some delicious snacks!

I’ve been to the new Azuki Boba Tea on Kanan four times now, hoping each visit would be better than the last, but every single time has been extremely disappointing. The customer service consistently feels subpar — staff seem disinterested and unhelpful. On multiple visits, they were out of several items listed on the menu, and when I did manage to order something, it rarely looked or tasted like the photos advertised.
To make things worse, I’ve had issues with pricing mistakes more than once, and the checkout process feels awkward because of how pressured you are to leave a tip — even though the service and food don’t come close to earning it. For what you pay, the quality just isn’t there.
After giving them several chances, I can confidently say I won’t be coming back. Mentally I want this place to be so great, but it’s just not. I have a much better experience at A Tea Thing in Westlake. Hopefully, they take feedback seriously and make improvements, because right now it’s just not worth it.

Everytime i come to azuki boba and tea i have the best experience. From the staff to the food and tea. My personal favorite is the dreamberry cloud and the any of the matchas, very nice kids behind the regist and making my drinks. Thanks azuki best boba ever
