I ordered a steak and cheese grinder and it barely had anything on it. Normally I don’t go to Subway because this is a problem but all of the amazing sandwich shops in town were closed. Subway is historically light handed with their meat and toppings but this was on another level tonight. Such a waste of money.

I ordered a veggie delight (no meat, usually gets 2x cheese). I received only half my sandwich with any cheese so 1/4 what I should have. Very few toppings options (no olives or cucumbers) and spinach was wilting. I’ve been to other Subways and received far better sandwiches. This was so disappointing. If the owner would cheap out less and provide enough cheese and toppings, maybe I’d be happier. The staff was friendly although I felt bad they were working alone at 12pm. The facility looked clean although they had some stock stored in the dining area.

Overall, I’ll never return here. There’s so many sandwich options in Wallingford, sadly this location just offers very little for the price. Competition matters.

This subway is by far one of the best ones I visit. I don’t know if they changed owners or staff but the store is always super clean and the subs are made with love….Not to mention all their vegetables and meats are sliced neatly and always fresh looking. Unlike other places where they look expired.. plus the staff here is super nice n friendly. Thank you River & Vamsi.. y’all deserve raises ❤️

First, this location a great store. Very friendly guys. Drive thru. Quality is high. Veggies fresh. Variety of toppings additions is huge. First time to a Subway in 15 years. I’m actually impressed. The Italian bread was really nice. I Choose a turkey footlong, extra tomatoes & baby spinach. Great taste, & considering you’ll actually spend more at McD’s for complete garbage, I say pick Subway, they’ve come a LONG long way. Oh, and the raspberry cookies are wonderful!

They rarely have anything in stock, whether it be chips, veggies or even steak nowadays. The quality isn’t that great either. Honestly, you’re better off going to the subway on the other side of town.

Yummm, I had another great experience at the Wallingford Subway! The sandwiches are always fresh, delicious and prepared exactly how I order. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making my visit even more enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure to be served by such pleasant employees. I Highly recommend the 208 N. Colony Subway for great food and great service!

The customer service used to be great before the new employees. I just went through the drive through and it took more than 15 min I had to go to the window and she was just sitting there on her phone. And I asked if the microphone was on and she said yes so why did it take that long?

Menu in store up on the walls advertising certain prices for each menu item, after I order my sandwich when I go to pay they tell me it’s 12.99 when on the menu item says 11$…I asked them why and said I would like to pay the price that you are advertising, they refused to and said they didn’t have time to update prices! I get it it’s only a few dollars but this is crazy! Worst service iv got in a long time, they seemed very confused on why I was upset?! Recommend going to a different subway

Used to love subway back in the day but I swear, the last 10 years they’ve really gone downhill, now most resemble 7-11s from the 90s. The food is always sketchy, looking like it’s been sitting out there for days, the stores are dirty and dated while it seems the proprietors and their families seem to live in the back and most won’t let you use the bathroom. Everytime we stop at one, I pray I don’t get food poisoning and this one was no different. We had originally tried to get food at the one down the road at the super walmart but they were out of meatballs in the middle of the afternoon so we ended up here because my SO insisted on getting subway. I knew this wasn’t gonna be a great experience as soon as I saw the bullet holes in the door, the “Broken” sign on the soda machine and the wilted inventory of last week’s vegetables in the bins. Suspiciously, they had the meat cutting/serving area blocked from view with a metal plate so you couldn’t see what travesties existed back there. The whole “freshly sliced meat” thing has been a sham and failure from the get-go and I still haven’t witnessed one employee slice a single cold cut at any store since they announced it. A total joke and they wonder why places like Jimmy John’s and dibellas are wiping the floor with them. Anyway, we finally got our “food”, which was, of course, half disgusting and barely edible. To boot, they were also out of the cookies my SO wanted, serves her right for making me eat this dog food. I gave 2 stars because by some witchcraft, I did NOT actually get food poisoning, but the experience was dreadful.

I just love this location it is literally a 5 minute walk away from home. Their service is always very good except for one outlying visit that I had. They even take suggestions from their customers and what they said get inventory wise to cater to what they want.
