I ordered the penne a la vodka pasta for the first time (my first time ever ordering any pasta from here) and the lady at the counter reassured me that it was going to be the best tasting pasta and that I was going to love it. I took her word… As soon as I opened the container, already was dissatisfied with what I saw. It was not penne pasta but rather rigatoni pasta (apparently they don’t use penne, wasnt aware of that), sauce was watery…not creamy. Everything barely had any flavor especially the chicken; I had to add salt & pepper. On top of that, this dish included 2 garlic knots & I get 2 cold and plain pieces of bread. Yeah I’ll just stick to pizza and not the pasta they have here.

I ordered the 2 slices. One pepperoni and one cheese. I’ve had a pie from them before as well. The service is amazing and the food tastes great. The big slices were great tasting and not floppy. Would come here again and again

Authentic New York City apathy, dirty tables, no A/C, still missing that NY slice x-factor. Pizza is good though; as close to a New Yorker as you’re going to get in a decent-pizza-desert like Florida. What makes it not fully authentic is something with the crust. It doesn’t fold, it cracks in half & breaks apart instead. Not burnt but strong charcoal tone too. The top half of the slice was good, ooey tasty cheese, right amount of swauce. If it weren’t for the cheese, they’d get only 3 stars.
Food is consistent & fast with variety of toppings & slices ready to go. Biggest downsides: Not super clean & parking is extremely limited with only 2 designated spots & tons of tow away signs. Prices ain’t what they used to be but still a good value overall. Great place for quick lunch. Will be back to burn the roof of my mouth again.

Hands down one of the best tasting pizza in Tampa. I’m new to Tampa. I’m from The Bronx so and we are known for loving pizza which I do. It’s one of my favorite foods to eat. NY NY Pizza has some really great pizza. I would recommend trying it. This will be my go to pizza for now on. However, since the last time I ordered from them, they’ve made two mistakes on two separate orders so I took of some stars. Consistency needs to be improved.

I had the best experience here! I went with my daughters here to make pizza slime that was being coordinated by Challenge Island and we stayed to eat after. Wendy was the sweetest and most attentive. She made us feel like family. It was almost magical because you don’t really get that experience anywhere nowadays. The food was also super delicious!! Thank you for making our day really special!

Did a mobile order and went to pick up 2 pizzas. After getting home ready to serve, both pizzas came out totally raw under the cheese and when you pick up a slice, all of the cheese falls off. I called and they were very apologetic. They remade the pizza for us however, when we checked before leaving, it did the exact same thing… We showed it to NYNY and they said “this is our product. We will remake it but this is what you’ll get since it’s fresh out of the oven” I live 10 minutes away… the pizza by the time I got home was totally settled. This is not right. We asked for a refund and they refunded one of our 2 pizzas but would not the other. We order $40-$60 worth of food from here every week and have never had this experience. But they did just change the menu to only have medium and large pizzas. So maybe this is their new product? Sadly, we will now be looking for a new place to go each week.
