A hidden gem in the area, Jade Tiki is a great choice if you want Chinese food. They have been in business since at least the 1990’s and know how to cook both meat and tofu well. They are adaptive to your spice level and have choices for different tastes. They are worth your time.
It’s Chinese like you remember, because they were one of the ones that set the standard. Don’t just grab and go, sit down and treat yourself and a loved one.
I’m loving it, and am happy to recommend it for when you just want a good, solid Chinese dinner. They do take- out of you do need to grab and go.
I could describe the Szechwan dish I had, but it’s better to just show you.

We try new things all the time and everything is always fantastic!! Very generous portions, fair prices and great food! Would HIGHLY recommend to anybody looking for a new spot! We love Jade Tiki!

I used to eat here with my parents throughout the 80s/90s when they were located off of South Boulevard. I still eat here from time-to-time when I travel up to the area from Georgia. It’s nice to be remembered (they recognize me from adolescents despite now being 40+) each time I walk in as though it was yesterday. Food is yummy, I enjoy the almond boneless chicken.

I used to visit this restaurant as a youth (70’s-80’s) and when I worked at Pontiac East Assembly (90’s) when it was on South Boulevard and Squirrel Road and for the most part it has done just like every other long existing business…evolved. The food is still plentiful and edible and I appreciate that they still provide soup with their dine-in dinner combinations. But there was no longer tea provided with the dinner, which was borderline disappointing. What was fully disappointing was the leak in the roof and stained ceiling. The atmosphere could use a little upgrade.

What can I say negative about our meal this evening…nothing!!! This was our first time getting food from here and it was perfect. Sesame Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken pieces were cooked perfect. I even ordered Almond Boneless Chicken just in case the other food was not to our liking….that was also cooked perfect and i now have lunch tomorrow. Crab Rangoons were actually filled and had a great taste to them. Portion size is huge. Staff was so pleasant. 100% returning to Jade Tiki and I recommend checking them out.a

Holy Salt!
Stopped randomly and ordered the Sesame chicken to go. It usually has a sweet sauce that can be a little salty but this dish was too salty. The presentation was good, great portion size, and good quality chicken meat was used but I suggest bringing down the salt level.

I can’t tell you if this is good Chinese food or not as it’s not my usual fare. But my wife seemed very impressed with the quality & freshness of the ingredients we ordered; Wonton soup, Chicken Chow Mein & Egg roll. 1 waitress serviced 8 tables without anyone feeling neglected.

Never going here again!! Had nats crawling in my bread! Omg im so sick to my stomach right now knowing i ate my meal first. Im about to puke! How the h ell did they not see them crawling around in the bread. And who knows how many i swallowed in my meal! Im about to have a panic attack…..
