They put pieces of sliced cheese on my hot dogs said they didn’t have shredded and refused to refund not only is this false advertisement I’ve never seen this before from a dq the taste is different I thew them out and my bizarrd was over full after trying to get a refund I couldn’t open with out a mess the manager needs to be fired for this. Hopefully corporate will correct there cheap cheese to what’s on the menu

Valentines Day evening ordered a butterfinger blizzard. Have celiac so told the young girl working that there was a gluten allergy. She made sure to clean the machine & utensils before making the blizzard. Thank you!! And thank you to the owners for making sure your employees know how to handle allergens!

I’ve been coming here since I was a child. I would say recently within the last year they started making there Mr. Misty’s the lazy way. I finally had to say something today after ordering a Mr. Misty float. They literally fill the thing with ice and spray tarty cherry flavor on one side only. For some reason I don’t remember them making them this way so I asked why? I explained to her that when she makes them that way they’re so tarty on one side you can’t even eat it and the other side is just plain ice. And you really can’t mix a float so……………????????? Management! Please help! Train your workers properly so they can produce product like your franchise would like!!

Drive thru. Ordered small ,medium blizzard. Got 2 smalls. Called when home. No receipt. Paid for small ones. No overcharge. Rewards not showing even though she scanned. Must be slow. Worker wasn’t rude when calling. Apologized for mixcup, said points might be slow.Things happen..

We ordered 3 blizzards and a small ice cream. We’re decided to go in, foolishly thinking it would save had and time as there were 3 cars in the driver thru line. 1/2 hour later many more cars had gone through been served and left, we were still waiting. There was 1 person serving front 2 serving drive thru. People after us in the take out line got their ice cream with an apology. I got stared at when I said I was missing the last cone. Oh and excuses that there was only one employee on front. Does explain the wait. But does not explain why people whoo ordered after me got their order before me. Sad.

Servers were not very nice, actually rude. Got my order wrong, blamed me and didn’t even offer to make it right. I was willing to pay for it so I could actually get what I ordered. Maybe they need to fix their speaker so people can hear what they’re saying. I’ve never had someone screw up an order for an ice cream cone at a Dairy Queen before but I guess there’s a first time for everything ♀️

First 2 times there would rate a 1 star, the 3rd brought it up due to them finally making my order the way it should have been the first time. They replaced the order for free, finally got decent service ( the first visit they nearly through my order out the window to me, so much for holding the blizzards upside down) but I won’t be back.

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to, based on one experience. There are no chocolate chips and hardly any cookie doh in my chocolate chip cookie doh blizzard. There were two tiny cookie chunks in the mint Oreo blizzard. When I gave it back, they said there is no refund. I brought two full blizzards inside from the drive through, waited for them to talk to a manager, and they said I’d have to talk to a manager the next day…? They offered to remake the mint Oreo Blizzard, but didn’t. They started criticizing and said the chunks get blended.
Terrible service. This isn’t a difficult job, I’m not sure why there was an issue. They also don’t give receipts unless you ask for one. $5.19 wasted on two blizzards that sucks.

Staff was completely unprofessional. I’m trans and currently working on my voice. Which the staff had to talk about to each other while I’m in the store waiting for my order. This left me feeling very uncomfortable for the duration of my time inside. If your someone who’s a little out of the “ordinary” don’t be surprised if the staff lacks the tact to wait till you leave before you get made to feel like a freak or something.
