Working on Dale Hobart’s place. Remodeling his grandparents house! What an honor! Anywho, Hilltop Restaurant was on the list. They did not disappoint! I had chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. Yes, real mashed potatoes Steak was perfectly cooked along with mashed potatoes and gravy?!?! Amazing! My buddy had a mushroom burger and said it was the best tasting burger he’s ever had. Great food! Great service! Check em out!

Sunday is buffet only. Salad bar and comfort food. They brought warm fresh bread to our table. The salad bar had mid quality iceberg lettuce and a decent assortment of other items. The Waldorf salad and cherry salad were both good. For the mains, they had fried chicken wings and pot roast. Both were good. Sides were corn, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, cheesy rice casserole. Service was good. I’d like to stop back in when they have their full menu!

Our waitress answered every question without hesitation. The food was great. The atmosphere is very comfortable, and it makes you feel like you stepped back in time. It’s wonderful. Prices are also good.
