i got this $13 blt to eat at work. not only did it take almost 45 minutes even though there weren’t that many customers, but it barely had bacon on it and whoever made it clearly just threw everything in the box. couldn’t even be bothered to put the bacon on the bread. i thought maybe there would be more under the tomatoes. NOPE.

it gets worse every time i come in and i genuinely don’t understand. the baristas are ALWAYS rude to me. i come here frequently because i work in the plaza, but i won’t be coming back. apparently they only treat you with respect here if you look cool enough for their liking. you would think the food would be consistent at the bare minimum considering how overpriced it is, but clearly the owner doesn’t really care about consistency, quality, or customer service. if i was the owner, i would be embarrassed. i look at the other reviews and see that people get good looking food and they rave about the service, so i don’t know what the issue is.

I’m going to start this review off by saying this- some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced had taken place here at Tomorrow and Tomorrow. We were so excited to check this place out as we had heard many great things, and that was the first spot of the day kicking off our anniversary.

The person at the counter taking orders was extremely rude and unprofessional when it was our turn. She was condescending on every question we asked since it was our first time in. We were curious what the signature latte was since it doesn’t tell you on the menu “It’s..rosemary?” and then rings up said latte and huffs and puffs like a child when we said we were gonna do two iced lattes “Ugh okay lemme take the signature latte off the order”. We go to order breakfast sandwiches but there’s a sign that says “No bagels” no big deal, we asked her what do they come on instead “Sourdough…..” with the rudest tone and look on their face. My partner asked if she can get a side of tomato jam for her sandwich to a response of “Ya I don’t know probably”..at this point I was ready to leave as I am in the industry myself and have been so for 20 years and I’m not gonna let anyone treat me like that. We stuck around though as it was our anniversary and this place was recommended by many others when we told them we were going to Taos for our celebration and my partner really wanted to eat there.

Coffee took 20 minutes to make two iced lattes, food took another 30ish and they weren’t that busy either. We waited so long that someone who worked there eventually came up and asked if we needed help with anything- we stated we were waiting on our order and they said it was gonna be another 10 minutes. All that waiting around for burnt sourdough, half melted cheese, and bland sausage. Kitchen seemed frazzled although it wasn’t busy, felt like they threw our food together to start cleaning the kitchen to close, although we weren’t there near closing time. The tab was also somehow $52 for two iced coffees and two mediocre breakfast sandwiches..talk about a ripoff. I haven’t even had breakfast that expensive in Aspen or Jackson Hole.

One star because the coffee was really good, and the bathroom was cool but that’s about it. Everything else about the experience there was lackluster, and I will not recommend this place to anyone who visits Taos. This experience was so awful that I had to send in an email in hopes they respond/take my feedback and improve on things, but I will not go back next time I’m in town personally to see if these issues have changed. Mainly due to the woman at the counter but also the food was very underwhelming especially for the steep price.

Amaaaazing cafe!! I’m so, so happy we got to stop here before leaving Taos! We were just passing through and made a quick visit here for breakfast, and this place is truly phenomenal! My oat milk latte was PERFECTION and the bagel open face sandwiches were HUGE and beyond scrumptious! A+++

We went to this local bakery/cafe in Taos for breakfast before heading to Williams lake. It’s appears to be the place for the local “hip” crowd based upon the people that I observed while I was there. Bathroom has a disco light! We ordered bread with local jam/ricotta cheese, with egg, bagel with locks. All these items were on point – flavorful and savory.

This is an amazing spot. The sourdough crust pizza is some of the best pizza I have ever had. The selection of natural wines is top notch. Thanks Matt for having such a special local bakery, & making the best pizza!!

Fantastic food. Had toast with Ricotta and jam. My husband had avocado toast. The place is funky & fun. Wish we bought loaves of bread for our hotel room.

So unexpectedly wonderful! Would go every morning if I lived in Taos. Stopped for coffee + breakfast before skiing – we got a plain bagel with cream cheese and overnight oats. So impressed – one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Can’t recommend this place enough!! You will NOT be disappointed!

Visited Taos for the weekend and ended up coming here TWICE for the quality of coffee and food. Hip local spot with great breakfast. We got a lox bagel, flat white, and seasonal pumpkin spice latte. All were top notch. 10/10 recommend!

The apple cider was really good! It surprised me actually. It looks not great in the picture but it’s perfect. The burrata was also pretty good too!

I went to Tomorrow and Tomorrow while on a quick visit through Taos. I grew up in this town and I am professional baker by trade and always hoped Taos would get a good rustic sourdough bakery someday. T and T delivers on that hope. Coming into this big open space I could immediately tell they did things differently. Everything from the French mixing trough, to the beautiful handmade French stone oven. The bread is hand mixed, rustic, and hearty and not for the weak of sourdough mind. But true bread lovers and sourdough nerds will immediately recognize that this place is special.
