This is the best Woodfire pizza in the area! I’ve had my friends from Winona. Take me here for drinks and we always end up getting pizza… It is… artisanal pizzas for an affordable price. I love their speakeasy cocktail bar vibes. it’s my favorite place to catch up with my old Winona State College friends

Try the “Vegan Butternut Squash pizza I know it sounds wild but… you won’t be disappointed

Was really excited to try the pizza here as the pictures of the food on Facebook looked really good, but I was disappointed. Drinks were very very sweet and syrup-y, not for me. Appetizers were really good, we had the focaccia and the stuffed peppers, and those lived up to my expectations from the pictures the restaurant posts. Then the pizza came out, I ordered the fig pizza and I immediately could tell it was missing the prosciutto and the arugula. My fiancé’s margarita pizza was missing the basil. We sent the pizzas back and they did offer to remake them but we couldn’t wait for two more pizza because we had an event. Also think about making a reservation because seating is very limited. Probably won’t go back.

This place is a slice of perfection. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the street tacos phenomenal. Their agave margarita was strong but flavorful, the sausage and herb pizza, the perfect mix of flavors. And don’t sleep on the dessert. No need to go anywhere else. This is your one stop shop. *chefs kiss*

Five stars all around. Great style and decor. Friendly staff serving amazing pizza and apps. The specialty cocktail menu was creative and tasty.

All I can say is wow. I had the spicy pepperoni and added the sausage. Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve EVER had. The hot honey with spicy, but not too spicy, sauce and pepperoni was absolutely phenomenal. Ambiance is really nice. Service was great and attentive. 100% next time in in Winona im coming here!

WOW! Hands down the best old fashioned I’ve ever had, the use of Watkins bitters and orange spice bourbon in reference to Winona is super creative and delicious. The pizzas are fresh and have the most robust tomato taste! The service was excellent and very attentive.

MuddledThyme in Winona surprised me in the best way! Such a great experience. In fact, I wish I lived closer. The hand-tossed, wood-fired pepperoni and mushroom pizza was excellent. Balanced dough with real structure, a properly blistered crust, restrained sauce, and high-quality toppings that stayed in proportion (pepperoni/mushroom). It’s hard to impress me with pizza. I’ve eaten it all over the world. This one lands in my top ten without hesitation.

The bar program is just as strong. The cherry-infused holiday old fashioned was thoughtful and precise. Nothing overpowered, nothing muddy. You could taste intention in every step. The service sealed the experience. The bartenders were skilled, attentive, and genuinely engaged. On a Saturday night with a feels-like temperature of 20 below zero, the room felt warm, calm, and inviting. Well designed, well run, and worth going out of your way for.

Came for the drinks. Left impressed. Ordered the coffee martini and it was a classic. Usually bars make them too sweet but this one was well balanced and drank like a well made cappuccino. The drink was so good we ended up trying a few – blood orange martini – midnight In New York – lavender cosmopolitan – they all were great. Super fun evening!

Cute place. You tell all the workers want to be there and do a good job which is great to see. We had the focaccia- generous portion and very soft, would have loved more oil for dipping. The Brussels were so good, cooked perfectly, and generous. The arugula salad tasted very under dressed, but was still so good. We had the fig pizza which was fun and unique, we just wanted oil for our crusts. The almond cake was huge and very tasty. The three cocktails we tried were very good and the old fashioned did not disappoint. $7 for a happy hour cocktail is a great price.

We had our holiday party at Muddled Thyme tonight. Our waitress was very accommodating. The management even let us move to a better table for our group. The appetizers were very good and followed by outstanding pizza. We had a five star experience! Thank you from the staff from Great Clips Winona.
