The desserts are delicious! My personal favorite cupcakes, I haven’t had better. I enjoy the chocolate raspberry and white raspberry, they both have a raspberry filling. My daughter who isn’t a fan of sweets still enjoys the cookies they have and the cookies and cream cupcake.

Called on 6/16/25 ordered our wedding cake for 7/19/25. I’ll submit pictures of what I asked for versus what we got. I received a phone call the morning of the wedding as I was getting my hair done and was asked “do you just want it plain? Or some piping?” My mother-in-law picked it up that morning, and I could’ve cried. I was ashamed to even show our wedding cake at the reception. Obviously looks aren’t everything and the cake tasted good. That’s why I gave at least two stars but I was very disappointed in this. I can show you the receipt. This cost $275 as well.

Large pepperoni rolls, and the quality of their cupcakes have improved in the past 5 years from super dense to more moist and loose. The flavor variants thane change and are high quality. They will discount some of the older ones that have stayed on the shelf over the weekend, I believe.

The wedding cake for my daughter’s wedding was perfection. Every guest has exclaimed it was the best cake they’ve ever had. Not one of their cookies were leftover at the end of the night. I can’t thank them enough for making Jeff and Deanna’s day so special!

They made a cake last minute for my Dads funeral. They were so amazing and had it ready the next day! Thank you guys for being a family staple for our family. My birthday was in November and my son‘s birthday is also in November both cakes unfortunately were dry.
Also….am I the only one besides my son and we both agree they have changed the icing and it’s not as good. Fluffy but not Bonnie Bells sugary good icing. It’s more like a grocery store icing now. Just my opinion I guess it just depends on what you are use to.

My experience at Bonnie Belle’s Pastries White Oaks was disappointing. Despite providing the correct last name and phone number for a cake pickup, the staff seemed uncertain about the order due to a discrepancy with the first name. When an employee asked about the cake’s details, I questioned why this was necessary given the correct information they already had. The employee became defensive, insisting I hadn’t provided the last name, which wasn’t true. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first encounter with unfriendly staff at this location. Previous issues included a wrong cake and incorrect pickup date, with the staff always shifting blame.

I was thrilled to grab a cake from Bonnie Belles during my trip in to WV. My mom got all my cakes growing up from her, when she was making cakes from her home.
I was a little disappointed though. I wanted just a plain white cake and I ended up getting an almond flavored one and the icing wasn’t great. It had sugar pieces that made it gritty. I had one slice and left the rest behind.
I was sad, I had my son with me and wanted him to enjoy something from my childhood.
