I asked for a 12 oz Americano with 1/4” steamed half and half, with room- because I like it stronger. Drove 2 miles and found out it had no cream so drove back and went inside to have them remake. I left and drove away and it was full to top with no room. Tasted weak and I did not drink it . Service was inlike the Starbucks I know who listen and work hard to follow instruction and deliver a good drink and service.

Well, I had a larger order today… My almost everyday drink is a Venti Iced Quad Decaf Espresso with 3 pumps of toffee nut and 3 pumps of white chocolate. Almost done… 🙂 Then I’d like to add caramel drizzle and salt PLEASE. The lady that rung us up was SUPER nice but the Barista, not very friendly. Have a Great Day!

Stop by this Starbucks on our way down to Oregon for Thanksgiving. The staff were ready friendly and got our orders correct. We used the drive through and on the drive through window they had pictures of dogs in the drivers seat of cars all over it. It was really cool. Inside they also had sticky notes in a corner with a sign were people could write what they were thankful for and post it on the wall. That is an awesome idea!

I’ve come here a handful of times now. Convenient instore location. But I’ve only had one nice experience there with an older barista. Every other time has made me feel like it was a mistake to order in the first place. This time my barista didn’t have a name tag the receipt said the cashier was MSD. I remembered her from a previous time when she charged me to make a drink decaf because it’s normally “cream based”
So this time I added “cream base ” to my order and she completely flipped. Her entire attitude changed because I mentioned I didn’t want to be charged for decaf. Never ordering here again and by the reviews I’ve skimmed through seems like I’m not the only one with an issue when it comes to bad service here.

Slow at acknowledging customer. She Spent time talking to a friend for a couple of minutes before before acknowledging me. She then told me she would be right with after she got done cleaning up. After waiting a few more minutes as she moved like a Turtle I figured i would get better service elsewhere.ifiguresthe Coffee
