I placed a pick up order for a steak/barbacoa quesadilla and I was 15-20 minutes away from the restaurant when I ordered so the order was going to be ready by 730. I walked in at 7:27 just to check and see if it was made early. (I’ve had a history of not being notified my order is ready and it sits there)

So I walk up and the manager is working the carry out line and asks what the name was. So I gave it to him and he hands me a bag so I read it and I’m like “this is not my order” and he asked what I had.

I told him a meat quesadilla.

He then looks at the bag and says “yeah this is a kids quesadilla, a bowl and a sofritas burrito.”

I again said that’s not my order, and not how I spell my name.

He goes “well it can’t be for Bri H because the order isn’t due for another 2 minutes, so we don’t have your order”

And I’m like, yes I am Bri H.

And he said “well the order isn’t due for another 3 minutes so you’ll have to wait.”

I said okay that’s fine, i was just checking in to pick it up in case it was ready early.

It was then 7:33 and he knows im sitting in the lobby and my order still isn’t ready. At this point I was planning on tipping in cash (I’m a server so I know the life) but at that point after the attitude I didn’t.

He then grabs the bag at 7:40 and pokes his head out from the Togo area and yells “Bri H, Bri H” while making eye contact with me. So I grabbed the bag and said “thank you, have a good night” and got nothing in response so I left.

I get home, and this is what I got.

1. Barely any vinaigrette
2. A half serving of corn
3. And a quesadilla that’s not even covered with a tortilla.

I personally think that’s spiteful and a terrible way to run a store. There were 3 people eating inside and 6 people in line. I can understand being busy and an order taking longer because I’ve done it for 11 years. But telling me my order won’t be ready for another 3 minutes, and then out of spite you trash my order and take 10 extra minutes for barely put together food? When I was nothing but respectful, didn’t want to take someone else’s order, and was 3 minutes early?

I hardly complain about restaurant workers because I know things are hard for everyone, and people suck, and like I said I’ve done it for years. But that’s just completely unprovoked. Safe to say I probably won’t be back, but if I am, it will never be for a to go order again.

No idea what’s happening to this place but the quality is trash these days. Went in person last month and waited 45 minutes in store, even though there were less than 6 people in line due to training or incompetence. Literally watched the line girl say “I give up” and walk away from the line and never came back.

Tonight, we placed an online pick up order hoping it’d be better but were missing several (paid) items, and the bowl modifications (light, extra, etc) were totally ignored on one of the bowls. Super frustrating. Used to be delicious, now it’s just not worth the hassle.

If you have read any of my reviews, you’ll know that I am easy to please. Just be kind and helpful then I will write a good review . My interaction was easy, all I asked for was a small guacamole and chips as I was with 2 friends eating lunch but I wasn’t very hungry. My request was ment with a barely audible “small or large ” and I replied small. After checking out my friends, without changing gloves, she grabbed a small plastic container and scooped a huge amount of guacamole that could have filled it 10x and plopped it into the container. Then she, with her dirty gloves, proceeded to wipe the excess 90% back into the guacamole container. Any appetite I had was gone but I paid and said nothing. I sat with my friends and nibbled a few bites but there was corn, red onion and other items in this guacamole that shouldn’t have been. Obviously dropped in as other items around it fell into it. Even more obviously, the majority of the guacamole and chips went into the trash. It pains me to say this but… Please do better.

The food is alright, food is cold sometimes. The service is decent but could be better. The line while they’re making orders will just take their time and have the line wrapping around the dining room. The atmosphere is disgusting. Working with walk right past spills on the floors in the dining room, trash everywhere left behind and the trash cans are over flowing. Definitely wouldn’t recommend dining in. I always end up getting my order to go because of that.

If I was the owner of this place I’d be mortified. This place is consistently the dirtiest restaurant in town. And I mean health-hazard filthy. Every once in a while the food is uncharacteristicly good so thats the only reason i keep going back. Its about the only form of gambling i can afford!

The food here is so much better than my local chiptole. This location sets the standard for how chiptole should be cooked and for how it should taste. Incredible. Best chiptole in a 50 mile radius

11-30-2025 – Picked up carry out around 6.30 pm. The place was filthy. Now 12-1-2025, my wife and I both are sick with stomach issues and we ate entirely different items! I had a burrito and she had a bowl. I know it’s hard to find good workers, but it’s not hard to keep a place clean. Your store literally made the two of us sick and I suspect countless others who won’t take the time to document it here or make the connection. We won’t be back to this location. Hopefully the health department looks into it!

The food taste like it was made two weeks ago. I’ve never seen chipotle chicken look like that. The workers take their sweet old time like I’m not on my lunch break and I have to go places and yet like I’ve never seen a chipotle like this it’s just terrible. It’s flat out embarrassing.

The design and layout are a bit unusual, with parking located towards the back. Guests enter through a back door, followed by a long hallway. Parking is tight, and the front parking lot facing 21st Street is quite small. However, the service is excellent, and the food is enjoyable.
