I had an amazing experience at Starbucks in Oregon, all thanks to Jena! From the moment we pulled up, she was two steps ahead, perfectly anticipating what we needed. She suggested the ideal drink for me without me having to ask and nailed it perfectly.

The customer service said they can see THIS location charged me For 8 drinks but best customer support could do is credit my account only $5 and send this location an email. Have reached out several times . This location has not been trained properly, lacks customer service and stole.

So happy that Phoenix has this place! I stop in a couple times each week and staff says hello by name and is always friendly and cheerful. I have a small mix of drinks and food that I get regularly and am never disappointed.
