I must say that most fast food pizza places can often be a little bit of a gamble, but this one has proven to be consistent for me over the years. My most recent experience was I ordered a few pizzas for a good amount of people and they had them hot and ready very quickly! The staff was kind and courteous and this was near lunchtime. I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 515 I pre ordered it around 1 . At 5 I looked to see what the status of it was that it said Making so I was like OK well that’s gonna cut it kind of close but all right I’m not that far and then I looked at 5:15 and it still said making so I called the store and I’m like hey I’m hoping this is wrong but it says making, and the pizza is supposed to be here and the girl was really snotty to me and she said they’re 20 pizzas behind because it’s a holiday and you need to order head and I said well I did order ahead I said why don’t you guys have more stuff because you know that it’s a holiday I was like so when do I expect my pizza and she’s like well I don’t know and I’m like well this is just a little bit ridiculous I said where’s your store manager and she goes I am a manager and I said OK what’s your name and she hung up on me !! Then I called back and she put the phone. She answered it and she just said it on the counter so I could hear the background noise but nobody saying anything so then it gets better. I call the 800 number and the girl on the phone that I spent 25 minutes on the phone with told me corporate. Will have to call me back in 48 hours if the pizza comes just rejected it and I said well I’m not gonna be here. It is Halloween. What is To stop them from just leaving it at my door and saying I got it and then I have to pay for it. I’m so she tried to call the store to cancel it through them because apparently that is the only way which I find a little ridiculous and the store never answered so now I have to wait 48 hours to talk to somebody that could actually help me I will never ever ever order food for this company again!!!!

I just left this restaurant, I went in I only saw two people working, yes I see that it’s busy but the workers could have at least acknowledged me and say they will be with me soon instead of leaving me there hanging. Very very poor customer service, I will never come back to this restaurant unless the employees can be nice and actually care about their customers smh

So I made a call for delivery. I ordered a dorito chicken ranch papadia. They said the order will be delivered in about 20 to 25 minutes. We’ll 1 hour later I received my order. It wasn’t quite what I ordered and where is quality control? How disappointing

First off we didn’t get any sauce and to make matters worse there was a thick black hair baked into the breadstick that I was two bites into. Lost my appetite and all trust in the Fiddlesticks location as we have been burned by them before on separate issues. I will continue my business with the Cleveland Avenue location as they make excellent pizza and have great customer service.

What happened to this Papa John in Fiddlesticks??? Very expensive and Wings were rubber, no chicken flavor. The sauce that comes with them is disgusting. Sausage Pizza was missing the sausage and very little toppings.

I love this location, everyone is very nice and not stingy. I asked for extra pepperoncini peppers and they were nice enough to give me a bunch. They pizza is so delicious and it’s always made perfect. Cheaper than most competitors too..

Wow. Putting the Papa in Papa John’s! We came here for some late night pizza and were not disappointed! It was some of the best hot pizza I have ever had…and I’ve had a lot of pizza! I will say I’m slightly bummed because they had coupons out and we took some…only to discover when we got back to the car that they were expired. So that is sad because who doesn’t like a good deal?
