Came here for dinner with coworkers during a business trip, and had a great experience. The waitress/host was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.
We went during happy hour, and got cocktails, sushi, rolls and the seafood rice. Cucumber Moscow mule was great, with a good ratio of ginger beer and cucumber. All sushi and rolls were really fresh, and portion sizes were generous. Seafood rice was really top notch, loved the taste and the variety of seafood in it.
Definitely would recommend this place, they seem to really care about the food they serve, and it shows!

I actually love this place! Ceviche is marketing as a Peruvian restaurant but it seems to be Peruvian/Japanese food. Everything from the food down to the service was amazing during our visit. The ambience was good, it is quite dark in there. Here is a breakdown of everything we ordered:

Superb experience at Ceviche! I loved the mix of Peruvian and Japanese dishes. I had oysters, Plymouth roll, and Seafood rice. Everything was beautifully presented and the flavor/preparation was perfect. Can’t wait to visit again to try more. Andy was a wonderful server- thank you!

Finally, a restaurant in the twin cities that serves legit Peruvian ceviche!! We fell madly in love with tigre de leche in Miami and so glad there’s a place that makes it WELL. My personal favorite was the Rocoto which has a little kick to it that made it delicious. The pasta ala huancaina was too die for!! Lomo Saltado beef does melt in your mouth, but the stir fry needed more “smoke” and the potatoes needed a bit more crisp. The Plymouth roll was solid, super flavorful. Great portions. Justin our server was pretty sweet! Highly recommend this place.

I had an amazing meal here at ceviche seafood house!! I have never really had Peruvian food, and it was all amazing, so flavorful! I tried the Pisco Peruvian sour punch, crispy wasabi prawns, the grilled octopus, the seafood rice, the Lomo Saltado, and the cheese ball. The ambience is really cozy on the inside. It’s quiet, it’s spacious and there’s plenty of parking and it’s very easy to get to. I’ll be owner is so nice and our waiter was awesome. I highly recommend the spot for a date night or if you’re looking to try a new restaurant.

Amazing food, all 3 items were spectacular. The Classic Ceviche was the best I’ve had by far in the Twin Cities, made with fresh sea bass and very refreshing. The Aji de Gallina and Arroz Chaufa with seafood were also wonderful. Will definitely be coming back.

I had the miso soup, avocado salad, and California spring roll.
All of my food choices were delicious and full of flavor.
We went during the weekday. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and we were able to get a table straight away.
Our waitress was very attentive and kind.

Food was good in general. Out of everything we tried, the Pasta A La Huancaina was the best, the filet mignon was very soft and the pasta sauce was creamy and delicious. The 3 ceviches didn’t taste too different to me, and they weren’t super impressive. Our server was nice and polite. She answered all the questions we had and gave recommendations. Atmosphere was pleasant and good for date nights.

Lomo Saltado was a perfect dish, super favorable! Meat cooked just right with juicy tomatoes. The broth used was delicious.
I couldn’t get enough of the Canchita.
I had the Classic Ceviche. The amount of fish was perfectly paired with plantain mmm….
