First time in a Jersey Mike’s, but had ordered by app before. I walked up to the register, expected to order & staff was super rude, told me to order at other end of counter, &”there’s clearly a sign there”. We still ordered but was irritated by the rude comment & lack of attention. I don’t pay for food to have someone make rude comments. Yeah, there’s a sign but it’s not that big & I’d never been in there before.
We did order but chose take out rather than purchasing chips & drinks to eat in. Sandwiches were good but attitude was bad.
