My first visit to this new location. I was horrified. If you’re in the drive thru and look inside, the floor is filthy! It just looked dirty! The workers did not have any gloves on. They handled donuts w bare hands!!! Looks like breakfast food was still sitting out at 2 pm in the afternoon. They did not provide napkins! The coffee was cold!
Come on, Dunkin!!!! Y’all could do better for a brand new location! I was super excited to have one close to the house but not if it’s going to be disgusting!!!

This location is awesome! Staff is great (especially Jamie), my order is always correct, and the drive-thru line moves quickly, even when someone ahead of me orders something crazy (and this happens a LOT). We go there all the time, sometimes twice a day – service and quality are consistently excellent. All the folks who work there are patient and helpful. Can’t say enough good about them.

Ordered a sandwich on a croissant and hot chocolate in the drive thru. Had to wait a little for my hot chocolate to be ready, longer than it took for my sandwich. Sandwich was fine but the hot chocolate was brown hot water, no flavor whatsoever, didn’t even drink it. Worst hot chocolate I’ve ever had. I don’t get breakfast out much but I definitely won’t be going here again.

The best Dunkin’ Donuts location in Atlanta. They never get your order wrong, and they are super fast and efficient. On sundays we come and it’s super packed, but never takes long to get through the line. And when sally is working, that line is really moving and everyone is happy with their food.

Everyone has been very friendly but this is by far and away the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. Each time im waiting way too long for a coffee even if its just me or another one in front of me. And thats not if I get a sandwich. Then its a very long wait. Only time it was fast was when an older lady was running the front drive thru.

But then, onto the grand reveal of the food… Drumroll, please! Ta-da! It’s the culinary equivalent of a polar bear’s picnic, still embracing its arctic chill! Not quite the fiery feast you were expecting, right? Disappointment knocks, but it’s important to give credit where it’s due – the service and that majestic coffee? A+!
So, while the food might’ve missed its cue to be sizzling hot, at least the coffee was there, caped and ready to rescue your taste buds! Perhaps next time, a little whisper to the chef for a touch more heat, matching the enthusiasm of that beloved cup of coffee!

I only give 2 stars because of how quickly the line moves. But I’m pretty sure I got a left out bagel that they ran through again when I ordered it. It is burnt! And dry! This is the only food I will get for a few hours and I can’t eat it. Obviously I tried but it is so dry the bread just crumbled. One of our clients here saw it and said it looks like they made it, didn’t use it for an order and just ran it through again when you ordered it. Disappointing.
