I’ve never been to a place with such rude and snobby customer service. Every single time I come in, no one greets you but instead everyone just sorta stares blankly. Same thing when you have any questions or even ordering, not a whole lot of customer communication.
As for the food, it’s usually pretty good, I always get the Cali flat bread but it’s usually cold and I used to get the acai bowl until multiple times there was barely any acai in them.

I have always been really impressed by this location. The store is always clean, the service is friendly, and my smoothie is always good. But today I was extra impressed: I made mention I was running to another store, and I was gone a bit longer than I expected, when I came back, they had put my smoothies in the fridge.
