Nice taproom that features beers from around the area. Lively atmosphere with attentive bar host. There is a food truck parked adjacent to the building. The beers were really affordable. Highly recommended stop to try different local brews.

Great beer selection with plenty of local and unique options to choose from. The food truck on-site served up delicious bites that paired perfectly with the drinks. Laid-back vibe and a fun spot to hang out. Definitely worth a visit!

We love Bigfoot Taproom! Great selection of beer that is always changing, friendly bartenders, and beautiful design! We are especially grateful for the dog friendly outdoor area. The owners clearly put so much love into building this place. Best spot in McKinleyville for beer!

Laid back spot, great beer selection. You can bring your own food or order something from The Boardroom, they have a booth inside from Thursday to Saturday from 5 to 8:30 pm. I really like that their website shows what they have on tap and how much they have left in each keg. The outdoor area is great and dog friendly. No one under 21 allowed. Cornhole game available. Every time I visited, the bartender was a cute girl rocking yoga pants, which makes for a nice sight if you are seating at the bar. Clean bathrooms. Large indoor area. Correction: I’ve always been here on weekdays but today I came on Saturday and there was a dude bartending. Boooooooo! Hahaha.

This is an awesome place to go , for a bite to eat, and a very unique selection of beers on tap! I had a blood orange brew which was sooo yummy! There is a great variety of foods being served by outdoor food trucks. The portions are large…enough for two meals! One might drive by this place, thinking it is not a restaurant, because of the appearance of the outdoor structure. I assure you that I was extremely pleasantly surprised! The place is obviously new and gorgeous inside. The space is enourmous with plenty of seating indoors and out. It is a casual atmosphere, so come as you are! I personally think it would be cool if they had live music groups on the weekends. They could showcase local amateur musicians, including say a solo guitarist
or small duos, trios or quartets. The space is certainly large enough for patron dancing! Parking is plentiful, which is also a big plus! I highly recommend this unique , and appropriately named venue for families, or a casual date night!

Good vibes, slow for a Saturday night but plenty of beer choices, and they have food trucks parked in the back. Cali crew was the food truck, and it was good, hibachi style! Out door seating was very nice, would suggest propane burners or fire pits for the cold evenings but would recommend it to anyone!

I’ve been trying to find the words to not harm the employees with my review. So… here are my two cents:
The beer selection is great, the patrons are awesome and the staff has never been other than excellent. The food trucks bring great food too!
I will not go into detail but the ownership is a mix-match. The two guys have always been cool but every interaction I ever had with the gal (Lisa I think is her name) was always awkward. I hate to sound misogynistic, this has nothing to do with her gender, but she has no place in customer service, especially if she is going to blame customers for her own mistakes.
My last interaction with this business was over two years ago. I sat on my review for the place to not harm the business or it’s employees. However, an acquaintance just shared a bad experience she had recently and I feel like the business will not address it unless I point out the poor management job she is providing to the customers. I hate having to write this review, but there are other taprooms in the area. Go visit Redwood Courtain or Papa Wheelies, at least the owners and management seem to care about their customers.
