I ordered 2 subway melts and they were delivered to me cut in half, with no wrapper, in a small paper lunch bag with sauce everywhere. I called in to inquire and was told “that is how the melt comes” yet every other subway I called (5 stores) said that they come in the normal wrapper. The wrapper that usually goes around the sandwich in the wrapper was not even there. Absolutely unacceptable to pay $10 for a sandwich to be treated that way. Also this location, for some reason, feels it is too good to offer NATIONAL offers such as the buy one get one 50% off. I am also the owner of a Franchise (not subway) and if I told my customers that we would not honor a national offer – I would expect them to go somewhere that would . The offers are in place to get people to come to your store and spend their money. Telling them no will just send them to other stores. Which may not be a bad thing in this particular stores case. Never once have I had good service at this location.

I swear the footlongs here hit like 13”. Great sandwich, shotgun-apartment design that’ll take you right back to your childhood, friendly staff who can manufacture one heck of a sandwich!

Worrysome still, got food poisoning specially from this location unlike other locations. Really worried about food safety at this location and really should be looked into. Other people i know have had this issue as well.
