We visited Ocean Diner because we’re were looking for a place with breakfast offerings. We came late in the morning, so we were able to easily find on street parking and were able to be seated right away. We opted to sit outside. There are a few tables on the sidewalk by the street available. It makes for a charming place to have coffee and breakfast.
The service was good and fairly prompt. The coffee was good and served with cream and sugar. We enjoyed our food as well! They had many traditional and innovative menu choices! It was a pretty wide selection of great offerings!
If I lived in the area, I would go back again because it was an overall enjoyable dining out experience!

Solid diner spot with a huge selection of dishes. The prices are all affordable, and the portion sizes are huge. The French toast was so flavorful and the biscuits were massive. Highly recommend!

This diner may be small and often crowded, but it offers a really cozy atmosphere with excellent service. Despite the hustle and bustle, the staff remained attentive and friendly throughout. The portions were generous, and the menu had plenty of healthy options, like the high-protein breakfast with salmon and egg whites—perfect for a nutritious start to the day. The oatmeal crème brûlée was a pleasant surprise, rich and delicious. However, the real star of the meal was the strawberry cheesecake waffles—they were absolutely out of this world! On the downside, I wasn’t a huge fan of the biscuit and gravy skillet, but overall, the diner serves up a satisfying, well-rounded breakfast experience.

I used to come to this place as a kid with my dad, so it is extremely nostalgic. This is your local diner with a bit of a Mexican twist. They have pretty much anything you could think of when it comes to a diner. Also look out for the cute old couple. That’s there pretty much every day at the end of the bar.

This Diner definitely has more stars that I could give x10 more . I travel a lot and trust me when I say , I’ve never felt so much positive vibes all around . The employees are all so friendly, smiling they will stop to ask about your day . Yes it gets packed and you will have to wait for a seat depending on what day and time you go but it’s worth it and you don’t wait long . We went 4 days straight that’s how great it was every meal we ordered was so delicious . Definitely would be our spot to go eat next time we go .

Great breakfast place, coffee taste fresh and hot. Came here for the very first time to have breakfast with my family. Staff very friendly, food came quickly , good portion and the salsa pairs well with my food. Cozy but a little too cramped. There’s hardly a space between chairs when both are occupied but don’t let this stop you from having great food and great service .

Lemon ricotta pancakes for the win. Coffee was great. Service was too. The owner was running with the workers doing all the things. He was telling everyone about the stuff hanging on the walls and how he acquired them. Even said if his parents hadn’t got married in the 40s they wouldn’t have made the cut. The nostalgic toasters were my favorite! I will be back!!!

We went here for the first time for brunch, and we loved everything! We ordered the Morning After Skillet , the Crunchy French Toast , and a waffle Service was friendly and fast, and it was cozy inside as well. 🙂 One of our new favorites in Redondo Beach for breakfast!
