Love the salad with a burger on top! Great place the lounge with friends after hitting the slopes. It’s more casual than when last opened, but expected as it’s a pop up. Excited to see what they do here next, I hear it’s a beautiful spot for catering.

Everything we tried, all from the tapas menu , was delicious. Their three dessert offerings were all interesting and yummy. The server, Allie, was very pleasant and accommodating. One recommendation would be to find some beautiful art for the walls. We will definitely return!!

So excited to have the place back, and yet better than ever. Saltos, the old Sabroso, checks every box. Unique craft cocktails, a very creative & diverse menu, friendly service, and an unparalleled indoor/outdoor environment. We have been several times already, and always looking forward to our next return. The cocktails and menu will change seasonally, only making the dining experience that more enjoyable. Highly recommended along with their “uptempo” sister restaurant, ACEQ.

Such a fun place, we came for drinks and ended up getting a whole dinner. The chicken sandwich was amazing. $5 beers on tap and great music. This is the weekend place to hangout after skiing

Food was alright (not awesome) but service was laughable. Took over 45 minutes to get a drink and we ended up being there for over 2.5 hours. There was not a large crowd at the time, just normal dinner of about 7-8 tables. Do not recommend until they get things ironed out. They do have a beautiful patio that would be the perfect place to hang out on a summer evening once they get things in working order.

Our group of four enjoyed our first meal at Saltos last night. The grilled wedge with chef made bacon bits and roasted tomatoes was a favorite starter. Each of our dishes – tuna, hen and bison – had appealing presentations, fresh ingredients and interesting seasonings. That plus entertainment and dancing afterwards in a brightened bar area with an attentive server made for a stimulating evening out. We’ll be back for more.

The best patio in the entire Taos area is back online with much better food and service. Romaine “wedge” Ceasar may be one of the best Ceasar salads ever and certainly THE best reinterpretation of one. I think I’ve had all their small plates and each one is delicious. Bison empanadas, bacon wrapped dates and chicken lollipops top my list. Their chile relleno burger is a fantastic burger. Makes my top 5 ever for sure.

Disappointing food quality. The truffle fries that came with the burger were certainly not truffle fries – they looked like they could have come out of a freezer bag of premade fries. The burger was flavorless – better burgers nearly anywhere else in town and for a better price. Menu was limited. Service was slow but kind.

Disappointing. I prefer the former ambiance of Sobroso. Music too loud. Cocktails ok. Bartender not engaged despite us being the only people there. Seems like they are going for an apres’ ski crowd. Won’t return.
