As someone with celiac’s, this place is heaven. Their beer is so good, you’d never know it was gluten free. Their bartenders are so sweet and helpful. The ambiance is cozy and unique. Their all gluten free menu is full of delicious pizzas and snacks. I only wish they were open more often!

Although there selection is still a little small on the food side, there food, especially for being gluten free, hands down phoenominal. The atmosphere was semi-reminesce of a wooden tavern, laid back environment, and not loud: quite enjoyable. All of this being said, if you enjoy beer, this is the place for you. The beer itself was very much full of flavor, water chemistry was tailored to each category of beer, and tasted incredible. They have soo many things going right and I hope they continue them: you would not know the beer was gluten free.

A gluten free dream with small town charm.
Excellent craft beer, wine, cocktails and more! The restored grain house is an awesome and intimate experience.
Truly wonderful service, it felt like being in a friend’s home. Just nicer.

Awesome little bar with a good variety of beers and mixed drinks, all of which happen to also be gluten free! It’s a celiac drinkers heaven! The beer made on site is very good, I assume they also utilize the GF malt house Grouse which is cool. Nice space, inside and out, but was a bit crowded when I went. Definitely worth checking out!

Let me start by saying this place has a lot of potential by the reinvention of the space. However, as good as this place can be I still think it has some growth with getting more involved in the local community. A good start would have been to use this spectacular outdoor space for a Halloween fall festival that could have been a great place for families to congregate.
Again, I am not trying to be a naysayer since you can see I put a 5 star because I think they are on their way to greatness and to be a big part of the Wellington community. I will enjoy seeing where The Well goes as the future unfolds.

We didn’t eat the food but heard the bartender explain that they are Gluten Free and you can’t bring Non-gluten free food into the bar area to be consumed. I had a Nut Brown lager and my husband had a stout, both were great, loved the crisp flavor. I can’t wait to go back and try their cocktails.

Came here with a friend who has celiac and it’s amazing to know that this is a celiac safe facility! Cass and Brandon took great care of us and we had a great time during our visit. They offer a wide variety of drinks on their menu so there’s always something for everybody. I had their Hatch Chile margarita and boy it was delicious!

It is so freakin’ exciting to have something new in Wellington – I’m also celiac so an entirely Gluten Free brewery is almost unheard of.
Extremely happy to have this here, on top of that the service is extremely friendly, the vibe is top notch and well curated, and the food + beer are stellar!

Took 20 minutes to get a beer with three people in line. Took 30 minutes with 10 people and 3 bar tenders. Didn’t get the beer i asked for. And its the land of $9 beers! Terrible service. And why is a brewery serving mixed drinks with bar tenders who can’t even open a wine bottle?
