Delicious as always. The potato salad was amazing, just needed a bit more crunch with some pickles, just my preference. The slaw was good, not sweet. And the pulled pork has a great smokey flavor! would definitely recommend Johnnie B Smoking. I’ve tried several things and haven’t been disappointed yet! Oh…..the pork skins AMAZING

Two friends and I visited Johnny B’s while traveling to Ga for an extended stay back in January 2022 and I was very impressed with the food, the service, the environment and overall experience. So I returned again with friends April 2022 and the only problem I had is the quality of the food had definitely deteriorated, the slab of rib tasted as though it’d been cooked for quite to long leaving my guest and I disappointed. I’m not sure if it was due to the fact it was very close to closing. Yet instead I didn’t care for the food making the drive and money spent a waste. I’m due to return to Chicago the end of April 2022 and wanted to try Johnny B’s again but I’m in doubt. Just wanted to share my experiences.

Not just BBQ!! The food is excellent and the waitresses are amazing!! Seriously very quick, friendly service. And Mr. Johnny B makes the rounds and is very interested in his customers. Was glad to meet him and find an excellent restaurant! Hope you enjoy this cucumbers Mr. Johnny!!

Great food! Great service! Great value! We were driving from SC to Panama City and it was one of the only restaurant choices from GA to FL. Glad we stopped in. Quaint place. Nice people. Nice off the beaten path place to eat.

I had the bacon cheeseburger it was wonderfully juicy and delicious. The onion rings were the best I’ve ever had. The sitting area was confusing limited and awkward but well worth a few moments of confusion. The owner and staff were attentive and polite.

Just wish this place had longer open hours.. You do have to time your visits if you are going outside typical lunch or dinner times.
Service is always very friendly and the food has been delicious every time. Ribs are calling off the bone and I love their sauce… Smooth and just a tad sweet.

3-23-23, Rebecca is a great server! Jason is very personable as cook and likes to come out and ask about how the food tastes and our honest opinion. The NEW chicken philly was delicious! Wish I took a pic, sorry. All food came out fresh, not all at once, but close. Rather it be hot than wait and be luke warm to cold! Fried Pickles are great with the ranch to dip!
