I went here just walking down the street. I didn’t know this was here. But I was able to order scrambled eggs with ham and grits on Kenilworth Ave. The food was home cooked so that was great. I had grits with butter on them. The eggs had cheese scrambled in. This stop was very good

We ordered grilled cheese sandwich and French fries.
Made right in front of us. Pretty quick. Unseasoned though. But not an issue.
Probably the nearest place to have a little food if near Kenilworth Aquatic Garden.
Was full when we came but we had enough place. Reasonably priced.

My new favorite breakfast spot in the DMV area. The place was just recently renovated and looks fantastic. It has a homey feel to it. I loved eating at the bar with the giant TV.

Everything is always so amazing here. Their very welcoming and nice. its never a dull moment in thos place snd the staff is so lively. They put all good energy and effort into their meals. Honey youll be full for dayss. We got all this food for like 37 doolars with two large half and halfs. Slim everything torch on this side . Its CASH ONLY but they do take that CASH APPPP YESS

I ordered a Bacon/Sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, a order of French toast and a lemonade sweet tea. The sandwich was alright and was the only decent thing i got. Unfortunately the French toast was wayyyy to greasy and lacked the typical flavor you’d expect. I understand some stuff is gonna be greasy and I typically don’t mind because it’s justified with the flavor but this was not. The worst part was the drink. I wanted something refreshing as it was already hot outside so i thought some homemade lemonade sweet tea would be perfect but when i took my first gulp I realized too late that the drink definitely was spoiled. A took another small sip to make sure it wasn’t something else but sure enough the drink was definitely bad. I already was a few miles down the road going back to work so i couldn’t get it exchanged so i just threw it out once i got to work. It disappoints me that they don’t taste their stuff or even question the quality of what their serving to people. Also the pricing was a bit high for the area.
