Location has had better days. Behind the counter is becoming increasingly messy and unorganized to the point of unsightly. Several of the employees here try to over charge either knowingly or accidentally all because they stick to a manual written system to generate receipts and dont know their own prices.
On several occasions we have ordered “Chicken Fried Potstickers” and we only found out last week that they’ve been giving us pork for months failing to tell us out of our many orders(including mr.delivery)+visits in person for pickup.
Furniture and decor are dated so eating in can be…awkward. Take a look at my attached photos. Its insane that a location literally surrounded by potential customers cant present itself in a way that would entice people to sit down and have food and yet this location has done just that.

Their pho is probably the best thing they have here including their vegetarian and vegan options. This restaurant probably has the best pho in this area. The cook that works is really friendly and you can tell he cares about his customers and his food. The rest of their options are good, but not great. But I would still recommend this place if your looking for a nice hot bowl of pho on a cold day. However, when the main cook is gone the food is barely on par.

Easily one of the best places I’ve ate in Pullman. Service is fast, food is authentic, and the portions are very filling. Worth every cent.

Their Red Curry Lamb is one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time… and I don’t mean that lightly. Good portion size too, one meal was able to feed both boyfriend and I. Also have gotten Pad Thai which was also a big portion and yummy. Wish it had cilantro and more lime but I get that some people don’t eat cilantro with Pad Thai, I’ll just have to ask for it next time. Their Pho is delicious as well. Very authentic and fast, definitely one of the best Asian restaurants in Pullman (-A chinese&viet gal:))

Definitely the best pho, spring rolls, and bubble tea in town. Everything tasted perfect, thank you.

I ordered the fresh spring roll with shrimp and combo rice noodle bowl. The waitress came back to tell me they were out of shrimp and only had pork. I agreed to the pork. It was just okay. My combo rice noodle bowl came with the meat it advertised on the menu. But, all it came with was lettuce. The menu said it came with cucumber and pickled veggies. I questioned the waitress and she said they ran out. Worst rice noodle bowl I ever had from a Vietnamese restaurant. I should have left after I was told they were out of shrimp. I wasted my money and time.

Highly recommended! Delicious food, very friendly service, clean establishment.
Every time I have eaten here over the past couple years my expectations for quality of food have been exceeded, today I had their chicken and shrimp pad Thai for the first time and once again, it was phenomenal.
The staff are very friendly and when ordering take out they do try their best to get you your food quickly so as to help you get on your way as soon as possible.

6 years in Pullman and I just tried this restaurant for the first time and now I plan to try EVERYTHING. Had the spring rolls and rare beef pho today and both were delicious. Also, the prices are super low for how much you get. The chef/owner was super sweet and told us about a few other menu items I plan to try next time. Highly recommend.

Best tofu I’ve ever had! Please order the chef’s special: crispy tofu or chicken. The presentation was awesome and the chef ensured us he made each plate special. It was the perfect flavor and crispy on the outside. Highly recommend.
