I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews . I’m normally the person writing positive ones when service is great, but this was such a frustrating experience that I have to share.
We’ve been loyal customers of this Round Table for almost 5 years. Our recent delivery came later than quoted, and the pizza cheese wasn’t even melted! (You could still see the shredded pieces)
When I called to request a refund, I spoke with someone named Rahman, who said he was the manager. Instead of offering to make it right, he said they don’t do refunds and that my only options were a remake or to have someone come to our house to “inspect” the pizza. It was already late, our kids had gone to bed, and neither option made sense. I even offered to send photos, but he just repeated the same thing.
After about 20 minutes, he offered 20% off a future order (which doesn’t fix this one) and then hung up on us.
I’m really not trying to be a Karen, just a disappointed long-time customer who expected better service. Hopefully management or corporate sees this and helps make things right, because this experience was far below what we’ve come to expect from Round Table.

Fast service, amazing crust, and top-quality ingredients.
The delivery was incredibly fast, arriving in about 20-25 minutes! Driver was friendly and polite. This is definitely my new go-to spot!

My wife and I hit up Round Table in Lathrop all the time while our daughter at Kumon next door. We grab the hot buffalo wings, lemon pepper wings, and the chicken club sandwich. Everything’s always hot, tasty, and spot-on. Throw in a cold beer or two, and it’s the best way to relax for an hour.
The staff is super friendly and they actually make you feel welcomed right away. Solid food, great service, and a comfy spot to hang.

I’m disappointed in our delivery. We ordered pizza, Cesar salad and mozzarella sticks. We didn’t get our dressing so I called to let them know. So they asked the driver to bring us some. We have the driver on our ring video bringing our dressing and a liter soda, I thought that was nice. Well my husband and son noticed in our ring that the driver was shaking the soda purposely. So unacceptable and uncalled for.
We have the video if management would like to see it, but we feel like now as customers can we trust this store for delivery now. I don’t know

I have been visiting Round Table, Harlan Rd., Lathrop, for many years! I cannot remember ever having any issues with our pizza or anything else we have purchased.
The staff is always friendly, polite, and there to assist any way we might need help.
We have dined in, with both friends and family. And they AGREE Round Table, Lathrop is one of the best they have eaten at. Service was awesome, pizza hot and delicious, and the restaurant was always clean and comfortable! Thanks again Round Table!!!

This place is dirty! They can’t even wipe down the windows and doors! There’s greasy hand prints everywhere. Round table use to be American owned but now all of them looks like I’m walking into another Country! Looks like they all been bought out. I witnessed a worker no gloves making pizza while swiping scrolling on his phone. Walked in the other day and there was an employee sleeping in the bench table with no shoes on, we just walked out. I miss the old American owned Roundtables.

They were punctual about the pizza being ready for me to pickup. The time they said it would be ready was the time the pizza came out. Staff were very nice and the pizza was good.
