I stopped at the State/Stetson location on 1/29 @ 6:00 for 1, 6 inch, basic turkey sandwich. I went home, 30 minutes up a mountain just to realize that she served me the oldest, stale bread. This bread is close to not edible. She had it in her hand while making it so there is no way she didn’t know. Extremely disappointed.

UPDATED REVIEW:
Ordered the same Veggie Delite Wrap today that I had two months ago. The wrap was a thick burrito-type tortilla, very chewy and tough to eat. Will never order this again if they don’t go back to the thinner wrap from two months ago. Grubhub gave me a full refund.
OLDER REVIEW (5 stars):
Very much enjoyed (several times) the Veggie Delite Wrap which is a less-messy way to have a sandich and likely less carbs than a sandwich on thick bread.
This store follows instructions and Grubhub gets it to me timely.
Will order again.

(READ FIRST) I came into this location today for a late lunch glad I did . Brianna was my sandwich artist for today. She is running the whole shop herself not only was she keeping the location clean, but she made sure each and every meal she prepared was made to perfection. As customers kept coming in, she kept her cool with a steady pace not rushing or getting nervous. It’s surprising to see people like Brianna, taking pride in what they do. Whoever the owner is of this location is extremely lucky to have this employee most businesses are used to employees not taking pride in their craft so they over look the workmanship of those who do !! I want to give this young lady as much recognition as she deserves. I hope she owns her own shop one day . May this review reach the millions . Thank you, Brianna for making my lunch delicious and made to perfection . God bless

Came in on Wednesday and ordered a meatball sub since it was the sub of the day. I was informed that I could not have that sub because they needed to make more and it would take 40+ min to make. It was 6:30pm. Very bad for business , if it’s a sub of the day it should have been prepared for such!

I had NO Idea that Subway’s products cost more on the menu when ordering delivery. For two regular 6″ (5.5″) subs, the Subway pickup price, $16.00, …DoorDash price, $26.00. I signed up for their “DashPass”, and the prices were higher, AND still with fees. I live 3-5 minutes away.
And now, Subway, We Have 2 locations near us, with this one being slightly more convenient. After 3 visits, we are done and will go back to the Sanderson location (if/when we do go). That location offers better overall product quality and portions are no comparison. This location’s main ingredient portions are markedly SMALLER than at Sanderson’s. I/we tried three times, making sure it wasn’t just a fluke, or an employee making mistakes. Three times, is a Strike OUT. Subway will lose our business, maybe for a while, or maybe for the long haul because there is no provision to correct this sort of problem. I should NOT have to measure out every sub to make sure I’m being served a fair portion. SO, impressions or not, weight difference or NOT, we are not happy with how this location delivers its product. And? Delivered? SO if we want to get satisfaction, we have to go in, and complain. Then what?
I/we are going more often a couple local Mom n Pop shops. They work hard to deliver a good product, and if there IS, a problem, they fix it, …Now.
And finally, there’s “Doordash”. I had absolutely NO idea that the Doordash Price is higher than Subway. I thought we pay for Subway’s product like always, and then pay Doordash a fee for delivery. This is not the case. WE pay them for delivery, AND nearly 5 dollars more for the food than if I walked in.
This means that delivery is a solid 10 dollars over and above the regular price, just for a 5 minute delivery.
Finally, I know Door Dashers don’t make a ton, but this isn’t about them, it’s about the way Doordash charges, Raising the prices of the food at Subway and charging fees.

Wonderful for once. There were two girls that I unfortunately didn’t get the names of. They were welcoming, kind, and patient. Trying to help multiple people at once and succeeding at doing so. One of the girls was shorter than me and the other was about my height I’m 5″3 but those girls were awesome. They are super sweet and a person can tell they are doing their job justice.

Dont go to this subway if you want a clean place. i went there today , ordered my sandwich and after paying asked to use the restroom to wash my hands. i am a plumber and had just workid on 2 toilets. i was refused access to the restroom and was told that they were locked and could not be used. So i asked to use the sink where servers wash their hands , again i was refused the use of basic services for working people. The server told me to go to the Starbucks . I hope this store never needs a plumber, and if you do go there ask yourself just where do the staff use the restroom.

I ordered on the app and the location employees said they were building it. Upon my arrival they had not only not started but continued to help every one in store before starting it. They have no concept that I have already been paid and the committed to have my food done by a certain time. They are not holding up… I will not be back.

The food was fine, what you’d expect from Subway. I tried their flatbread, instead of the usual roll, and was really disappointed. It was tasteless, and became soggy and slimy, in the 20 minutes it took me to get home. It was just falling apart, and made eating it, very difficult. It was Especially disappointing, because I got the garlicky roast beef, it was about the most expensive sandwich/wrap, that I’ve ever purchased at Subway, and I couldn’t even taste the garlic. And there wasn’t near enough beef, to make the price seem reasonable.
