Ordered $53 worth of food they charged my card $63 and didn’t deliver my food! Went the next day to contest the charge the worker gave me the run around and told me to wait for the manager. I waited for the manager and he acted like I didn’t order anything and wouldn’t issue a refund and was very disrespectful. I also had to get police involved. Also had to report them for FRAUD in order to get my money back!!! Please NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

I order from Largo Pizza so much that they greet me by name. I love their pizza and wings. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly and I recommend them all the time. I see a lot of complaints about cold food upon delivery and maybe that’s something they can work on but I order and pick my food up on my way home. Food is always fresh and hot even after I make it home. Will keep ordering from them!

Ordered $50 worth of food between three people. Waited over an hour for food. Then we got the food! Terrible terrible terrible!!! Mozzarella sticks were barely cooked. Didn’t get the toppings on the subs we asked for. Also ordered garlic parm wings, that came with no sauce! Literally the wings had zero sauce and were naked but when we called the man on the phone wanted to argue even calling my coworker a liar about the toppings she asked for! WARNING!!! I have been a long time customer typically order through Uber eats. Yesterday I had vistors from out of town that wanted pizza. Stopped in to order andgot home to find one pizza box had serveral roaches. So embarrassing ! Call and was placed on hold for 15mins with no regard. They have lost a customer.

THIS RESTAURANT HAS GONE TO THE DOGS!!!! I don’t know what’s worse now: the food or the people working there. The NY Style pepperoni pizza – with supposedly double the cheese and double the pepperoni – tasted like someone put flour on top of sandpaper…blek! And to make matters worse, I don’t drive so I placed an order via Uber Eats. One of the items on the order was carrot cake. Without consulting me, for a reason unbeknownst to me, they substituted a disgusting piece of cheesecake in its stead. When I called, the female – because she refused to provide me her name – rudely inquired if I still had the cheesecake. When I answered affirmatively, she all but yelled, “Then bring it back!” I informed her that I am disabled and don’t drive, hence the reason I ordered via delivery in the first place. Her rude response? “Then I guess you’d better call back tomorrow because I can’t help you.” So I asked her multiple times to please provide her name do that I could say with whom I spoke when I called back, and she nastily sneered, “My name don’t matter.” WOW. I used to love Largo Pizza AND THEIR CARROT CAKE back when they were located in the Largo Shopping Center. Now, I wouldn’t eat their food again if they gave it away for free! And because of the rude employee, if I could give zero to negative stars I would! STAY AWAY!!!!

Largo Pizza has some of the best pizza I’ve had. It’s in My Top 5 list of Pizza places. Staff is very accommodating but there maybe a language barrier between some heavy accents (I’m from Baltimore). Please speak up if your order was incorrect. I’ve had sandwich, salads, chicken fingers/tenders, all the desserts. The Pizza stands out but the other options are also good enough for a reorder.

I bought 20 pizzas today for Nursing home week for my center. I asked if I could get a couple of free 2 liter sodas and they said no. Was not happy with that even pappa johns give you free soda with a big order. Love the pizza but don’t know if my center will get pizza from there any more.

While passing through the area, I placed an online order through the option on the Largo website. I received an email confirmation of the order. When I arrived, they did not have the order prepared and did not have a record of the order in their system.
The staff did offer to start the order when they realized they did not have the order (hence the 2-star rating, instead of 1-star). However, as I was passing through, I had intentionally timed the online order to prevent minimal delays.
I would avoid ordering here until they repair their online ordering or only order in-person or on the phone.

My daughter and I got our nails done and she wanted some pizza. I remembered seeing the pizza sign so I decided to take her there. As soon as we opened the door, I knew it wasn’t going to end well. Nonetheless, I continued to order a small cheese pizza. The representative was unfriendly and the place needs renovation. Wires were hanging on the floor so please watch children or better yet, don’t bother going. The food and place is nasty and the staff disrespectful.

Unfortunately this place is closed however, pizza was great as it was halal and good for those that don’t eat swine. I hope the owner moves the location as the surrounding area left more to be desired and the customer service at times (outside of the owner) was sub par.
