So went in to order pizza, stood around at the counter for about 5 mins first I was told 2 to 3 mins then asked again the manager said another 8 to 10 mins, this heavier set guy with absolutely no customer service skills and definitely does not know how to talk to guests. And with music way to loud and couldn’t even hear me talking to the people of front to order any food. Plus I’m not saying this offend anyone but when a customer comes into a restaurant usually they play music everyone understands but every time it’s always Mexican music and always to loud. Would be nice if you play music you should probably lower it so we don’t have to yell. And probably not leave chemicals gloves and dirty rags by the machines that cooks our food.

Pizza was cooked ok, but the toppings were very stingy, especially for a pizza that’s supposed to be “supreme”. The fact that the chain doesn’t provide red pepper and parmesan adds insult to injury especially when the pizza is so poorly topped. Think this will be the last time I give Pizza Hut a chance lol.

I ordered a small hut box which comes with just a small pizza and 4 boneless chicken which came up to 11$ and it’s toook them 30 mins to get it out to me. I came here on my lunch from work so imagine how I felt having to get my food just to not eat it because they took so long. It was also so hot inside and just crazy how long it took. I know now not to ever come here when I’m working or in general lol

Ordered ar 8:57, told it’d be here 9:27-9:37. Called at 9:37. Said they were short staffed. Went our for delivery at 9:48. Ridiculous! This is why you DO NOT give tips until after after. This is a company issue, not employee or customer. If they want to keep both, figure it out!!

I prefer the Pizza Hut on Pioneer way. They consistently uphold standards unlike the Pizza Hut on Stratford Road. Unfortunately I live near Stratford so I’m in their delivery zone. Every single time I order a pizza from there it has NO sauce! And yes I have opted for extra sauce and they still can’t get it right. I recommend ordering from the Pizza Hut on Pioneer Way.

Ordered pizza that was delivered over hour and 45 min later. Called manager and was told i get free pizza. Called a week later and they said i didnt order one and i clearly have receipt. Talked to a rude lady that wouldnt give her name!
Avoid this place at all cost! I received a free pissa coupon and when i entered code it wouldnt order it in my location.
I would not recommend them to anyone! They are very dishonest and make horrible pies. Never will we be returning to pizza hut!

Well, I didn’t get a pizza because I waited over an hour to an hour and a half and no pizza. Called from the hotel and they said driver came to my room. If so, they didn’t come through the lobby. Then they said, driver spoke with the front desk person. I asked while still on the phone. Front desk said no one had spoken to her about a pizza delivery. Then they said they tried to call the number I gave her. She said I gave a phone number one digit off. No, she repeated my number back to me correctly on the first call. They did offer to refund my money. But there I sat, no food, no wheels to get food. Not a stellar moment. Someone is fibbing. The front desk will back me up. Also I instructed the order taker that I would be in the lobby. For my safety as well as there’s. Massive unmitigated fail!
