We stopped in at The Local Provisions and tried a few different things. My daughter had the pulled pork sandwich and gave it 4/5—good flavor but she wished it had more sauce. I had the veggie sandwich on focaccia, which was very flavorful and satisfying, and my son had the blue cheese burger with a side of Brussels sprouts. The burger was solid but could have used more blue cheese to balance the flavors. The Brussels sprouts, though, were the star of the meal—crispy, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious.

For sides, my daughter and I both had the garlic fries. They were fine, but we agreed they could’ve used more salt and definitely more garlic. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the counter-service setup kept things moving even though it was busy. The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, but that also means it can get pretty loud inside. We would have loved to sit outside, but there weren’t any open tables.

The only downside was the price—it ended up being about $80 for the three of us including tip, which felt a little steep for what we ordered. Still, the quality of the food and the overall experience made it worth trying, and we’d come back again (especially for those Brussels sprouts).

Two great gluten-free sandwiches. Enjoy the fries, we loved every bite.

We were thankful the Philly cheesesteak was the seasonal special, it was pretty darn close to authentic South Philly with a Temecula twist.

Our steak tips sandwich was incredible. Sauced and flavored to perfection, the meat was more on the medium-to-well side for our medium-rare preference.

This small restaurant makes some amazing food! We came in because of the great reviews, and we were not disappointed. Everything is made fresh to order and the staff are so friendly. I really loved the house-made dill ranch with the garlic fries. We will definitely be coming back!

Hidden gem at Vail Ranch! Cute little place and the best lobster tacos I’ve had! I love the local wines and beer selections. Small inside and busy on the weekends but they serve you quickly and you can grab a table when someone leaves pretty easily.

We finally got around to checking out The Local Provisions on a recent Friday night, and am so glad we did! This great place is located in awesome Vail Headquarters where there’s always something going on – this evening was “May Market” night with lots of local vendors, food and kids activities, including the cute little Vail HQ train.

While there is some indoor seating, it was a beautiful night so we placed our orders and grabbed a table outside. Hubby enjoyed a Pliny the Elder IPA and I had a NZ Sauv Blanc while we waited.

I appreciated the extensive menu with something for everyone (including the little ones) – salads, tacos, sandwiches…but we were there for the burgers after hearing such rave reviews. We both opted for their signature Local Provisions burger with garlic fries and omg, they totally lived up to the hype! Huge burger and so incredibly tasty!

They were super busy – obviously word is out on this place. Service was great – everyone was so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to return and try the rest of the menu…starting with the PB&J burger which sounds so unique and delish!

Honestly! This place is a must. The area is so cute and comfortable. The food was super tasty and we enjoyed the wine. We will definitely be going back to try out some of the beer and more of the food items. During the day they have multiple little shops surrounding it and seasonal activities for the family and in the evening it’s just a totally chill intimate place to sit back and wind down. We were greeted by the friendly staff and owner, service was great and place was super clean. It’s nice to find a little gem like this one Highly recommend

Cool little spot, enjoyed the outside seating. We ordered the lobster tacos and chips and salsa. The tacos were pretty filling, 3 in an order. Love how they grilled the cheese into the tortilla so it was like a quesadilla taco.

Chips and salsa were a no go. If I ever come back I’d like to give the burger a try.

What nice surprise this little restaurant was. It’s very casual, decorated simple, yet inviting. Staff was friendly, food came out hot. We ordered a cheeseburger and a gluten free hamburger (flavorful) with garlic fries that were delicious. We definitely will return to this “local” gem.

The Vail Headquarters already offer an awesome hip/western atmosphere within the heart of Temecula. Located within, is “ The Local Provisions.” We are a family of 5 with kids ranging from 13-18 yrs old. We were pleasantly surprised to find a food offering to make everyone’s stomachs happy! I want to start out by also saying that this place has a hip feel without being uninviting. This place isn’t stuffy. Just great food, great vibes (and great beer).Families and even dogs are welcome!! The great thing is you could sit outside in the patio and take your time eating while your kids play in the grass in the courtyard!

My wife had the grilled cheese lobster sandwich and I had the Korean BBQ tacos which were both amazing. It’s going to be a tough choice between the two on our next trip. The meat in my tacos was moist and flavorful and the lobster grilled cheese had an almost soul-food feel. Our kids each picked a different flatbread/pizza and the garlic fry basket was huge! Even then, the five of us happily finished them!

What was a surprise was the awesome beer selection. At the back there are numerous coolers stocked with bottles and cans of both local and not-so-local / hard to find craft beers. There were also some beers on tap, some seasonal which was cool to see. I could see this being a place where the experience will be the surprise of “I wonder which cool beer they’ll have this time!” All the while eating tasty food. If you’re a bit of a beer connoisseur, you’ll really enjoy this place as well! While seated, numerous people came in as strangers and ended up conversing around the beer coolers, sharing their personal beer preferences and experiences. Cool atmosphere. (If your a sports fan, they had an NFL Sunday game playing on one of the screens).

The owner, Gabe, was very attentive not just to our table, but to everyone who entered. He offered beer suggestions and gave a glimpse of other beers he hopes to add to the selection. Exciting! We can’t recommend this place enough! You’ll love it!
