Walking into Mr. Hot Pot feels like stepping through a portal into a lively, steamy, food‑powered wonderland. The first thing that hits you isn’t the aroma, it’s the conveyor belts that glide past with an endless parade of fresh ingredients: crisp vegetables, ramen, bok choy, udon, and all sorts of treasures you didn’t know you needed until they rolled by.
You pick your soup–eight different broths to choose from–and suddenly you’re the chef of your own tiny culinary universe. Toss in noodles, veggies, dumplings, whatever catches your eye, and watch your creation come to life right at your table.
If soup isn’t enough, they’ve got a whole other lane of fun: a generous selection of raw beef, seafood, and other proteins you can take back and cook on your personal hot plate. It’s part dinner, part activity.
And because no adventure is complete without dessert, there’s a fruit and pudding station, plus a sauce bar where you can mix, match, and experiment like a saucy little scientist.
THe cleanliness and way above average.
Here’s the catch:
If anyone at your table chooses the Combo (both Soup and BBQ), everyone gets charged the Combo price. I asked why, and the explanation was simple and surprisingly honest: too many people were ordering one Combo and then sharing the BBQ with the whole table. Rather than policing plates like culinary hall monitors, they made it a blanket rule.
Fair enough–just something to know before you commit.

If your in or visiting Spring Hill Florida, this is a must visit. Fun and interacting place to eat. A wonderful Korean Barbecue. My husband and I go here frequently to enjoy the experience of cooking at our table and the wonderful selection of foods. From octopus, to shrimp to various meats, you cook it yourself a your table. A choice of six soups to cook your selections in, usually seafood. Then the grill on the table for your meats with a wide choice of sauces and herbs to add on. The service is always spot on and the owner always there with a smile and a thank you. A wide range of Korean drinks are available to enjoy as well as Coke products. If your in the area I highly recommend stopping here for a great meal and assume experience.

First time eating at this restaurant, and what an amazing experience. Friendly, helpful, great atmosphere, and the food delicious. We chose the “All You Can Eat BBQ”, and it was awesome. Full of flavor. Loved the lamb, bulgogi beef, curried chicken and salmon.
There is a great variety of marinated meats and seafood, that you cook at the table. With a good choice of sides and fruits.
We will definitely be back soon.

This was the first time trying hot pot and Korean bbq. It was very good, I ordered the satay broth which was quite good and had a little spicy to it. There were many options for the soup and for the bbq. The service was very attentive and came around frequently to change out the plate for the grill. Very satisfied with the experience!

Update: We gave this place another try and they improved greatly. Plenty of food on the conveyer belt, great service, and lots of options. The only issue is sometimes their appetizer section looks like it hasn’t been refreshed and has been sitting for quite a while. Overall a good experience.
We decided to do Hot Pot for my birthday. We arrived 3 hours before close so we were suprised when we had this experience. We ordered hot pot only, and waited for the conveyer belt to bring some items that we like. After grabbing only a little bit from the belt, the entire hour we were there they only refilled it with some cuts of fruit. I was very disappointed with the lack of options and felt limited. I didn’t enjoy the experience.

Personally I love going here, its a unique experience so I always wait to eat if I know im going to eat here, because of the price its not the kinda thing i can do often so I try to get the most I can out of it. They have a large variety of things you can BBQ or put in your hot pot, they have the rotating bar that is constantly cycling ingredients and desert treats for you to grab and enjoy with your main dishes. This is a place we’re the service is minimal so your waiter takes your drink and soup base order and they will periodically check on your drinks and burner to replace if needed. You cook your own food. The tables are equipped with one BBQ plate in the center of the table and 4 small glass burners for the soup pots on each corner seat section. Due to minimal table space and to prevent food waste I recommend only grabbing a little food at a time so you can enjoy your self without becoming over welmed with the clutter of it. I always recommend this place to friends if your looking to have a meal and an experience and your down to just hang out ther for a while.

What an incredible experience. I can’t complain about the taste of the food since I was the one that cooked Lol. The attention was great, and there is a huge selection of meat and seafood that you can choose from. I did both the Hot pot and the BBQ.
