Can I give no stars?! ? Avoid this place of you can. Slimy owner too. The first time had a great meal and experience, guess that was just beginner’s luck… I Ordered 2 subs and pickles, with 2 doritos, a cookie, and 2 brownies. After fighting the traffic in the area, Got home from picking it up and everything was missing except the 2 subs, Which were made incorrectly, not marked, and didnt even have the pickle spears!. So needless to say we were pretty irritated, i mean how do you literally miss EVERYTHING on the receipt ticket. The bag had its nice “accuracy” seal tape, so didnt think we needed to rip it open there (thats our fault for trusting the “accuracy” I guess). Called the store for a refund and was told since it was ordered online we had to go through the app. So I did, The app said to call the store (go figure). I still submitted the complaint through the app, and then received an email from ‘guest services’ stating that the store has to issue the refund through their system. So, Called the store again who stated they would call the owner to try and issue the refund. Called back 30 minutes later and was told that the owner stated that they couldn’t issue a refund. Horrible experience and all around customer service. It amazes me how people can’t read or do simple jobs anymore. And seems this is the owners way of screwing people out of there money, because its not difficult to issue refunds or even offer compensation for poor service. Absolutely horrible.

Did a mobile order for 6 different subs, chips and drinks. The subs were ready when we arrived 5 minutes early! Delicious as always! And once again, the gluten free sub bun is the Best!

Bought two “bowls” of soup )the larger size. ) Not only are they small to begin with for 5.19 apiece, but there were both half full of the broth and a few peas and carrots. Obviously the bottom of the pot. Subs are skimpy as well.

Whoever runs this place needs to be canned. I placed my order online in the parking lot, and walked inside to wait for my order. When somebody got to me, the guy asked me if it was for an online order and what the name was. I told him, and he immediately told me somebody came in for that order and just took it. I immediately called out the lie, and the employee still doubled down on his lie when it was impossible for what he was suggesting to have happened. Not only that the sandwich they handed back to me was a soggy, smashed, nasty. Called me by the wrong name twice and got annoyed when I obviously didnt respond to “Keith”. Literal trash tier and will never go there again. Pitiful you guys also claim serve those who protect you when you have employees managing a store that way.

I first experienced their subs at a work lunch cold, and they were rather good for a cold sandwich. I then went there and tried a hot Italian. Wow! Was that sandwich great! I make a couple tweaks to mine, and they are just fine with that. In fact, the one woman told me about spicy pickle chips and gave me a few to try. Fantastic service all around, the place is always clean and the ice tea fresh brewed (not stale like some places). It is one of my regular lunch spots now. I even got a Genuine Pickle Bucket with lid!!! Only a $3 donation.

I was greeted with a warm hello by Carrie and her team. This was my first time in this location, so I was very appreciative of the warm welcome in. I reside in the south, and im working in Ohio for this season. The south is known for hospitality, it was great that Carrie and her team adopted this energy for Northeast Ohio. The food was great along with their recommendations on what I should try. Thank you again Carrie, leading from the front ❤️

I placed an online order. Which very plainly and in half inch bold lettering states what is and is not to be on the food. I also ordered a 10 dollar bottle of hot sauce that did not even come with it. The order arrived sealed so the Uber driver was not at fault. They have good food but think? If there was a food allergy and these details were missed a person could die. If I could give a zero i would. The mushrooms did not exist, the hot sauce was not there, there was bbq sauce on the sandwich and a pickle, both of which can cause literal death to someone with a fatal illness. ( Which my wife has) we threw it all in the trash. 60 dollar order you’d think they would give a damn.

I don’t think I’ve ever received a correct order from here since they opened mid 2022, whether I dined in, took my order to go, or got delivery. When I order inside, it takes ages just to even be served. Atmosphere is brought down by the employees clearly not wanting to be there. If you ever order delivery, expect it to always, ALWAYS be wrong. I’ve racked up nearly $100 in door dash and Uber credits just from this restaurant’s mistakes ALONE. Best thing that can happen to this place is it closes down and becomes something else.

Yeah I can’t speak for all the locations but the Brooklyn one is not very good at all. Paid for a beef cheddar brisket sub w peppers and it was probably the worst sub I’ve ever had. Didn’t get the peppers requested but instead like 2 handfuls of onions… like so many onions that there were more onions than meat. Worst meal I’ve eaten in 2025.

The store itself is beautiful, but I ordered my food online for pickup at a specific time and arrived about 15 minutes early, only to find my order had already been made and bagged. My food was cold, and to make matters worse, I ended up with a bad stomach ache after eating the macaroni.
