Usually very good, and good people working, but as of 10/21/21 I ordered off the app and did not receive everything I asked for. Please employees, read it thoroughly and again and again if need be. No spinach and wrong cheese. The 6 inch I had made by Anthony 2 nights ago was perfect.

Sat in the drive threw for 20 mins not one person answered the intercom so i figured they were busy so i got sick of waiting so i went in of course 2 people working only one costumer in there and takes 2 people to make one sandwich and than finally they asked what I wanted I said um I’ve been sitting at the intercom and u guys dint answer hmm never will I come to place again this is not the first time this has happened either

Went there around 8:40ish pm for dinner. When I found that the lobby was already closed I checked the hours online and it said it was open till 10 so I ordered off the app, a few minutes after my order went through I could see that the workers had grabbed my order and I assumed that they were preparing it. 10 or so minutes later, I see the workers inside throw away my receipt, shut off the lights, and then cancel my order. 2 hours before they are supposed to be closed they cancelled my order. No explanation, no signs saying they were closing early or had changed hours of service, not even a phone call on my order to explain that they had to close early, NOTHING. Terrible business practices, and terrible service.

The lady was beyond amazing but her coworker was taking his time while she was doing most of the work and I had to ask him to change his gloves after handling money before finishing my sandwich

Been here a couple times, it always either takes awhile for them to take your order on the drive through or they just never answer on the speaker. This time I waited about 10/15 min before driving off and there were no customers inside. Not sure if something is wrong with the drive through system but it’s kind of annoying.

Best Subway in the entire state. Management has made the place feel more efficient and productive. I used to eat only meat ball subs but have now expanded my horizons. Regional management is doing a real good job on renovations and the pot hole that plagued the driveway has been filled.

This place can be great, or a real drag! It just depends on who is hired that week. I rarely see the same people working for longer than a couple weeks. What that says about the management, I’ll leave up to you, but there have been some great people there that take pride in their work and make me want to come back just to support them. Then there are other weeks, where it doesn’t seem that anyone there had worked for longer that a week on staff. I’ve had to wait for over 45 minutes for my sandwich and there were only 3 people in front of me! I’d understand if this was rush hour, but 2:30 in the afternoon? So if you’re crunched for time on your lunch hour, might want to skip this place.

As a former subway employee, I can say the food is still good, but tonights veggie/till taker service sucked. Lack of communication and efficiency, asked for Banana peppers, was told one second, guy came back and just stared at my sub and didn’t say anything… I had to ask the guy if there was any, and he just gave me a stupid look and shook his head. Not to mention he poorly wrapped my sub and didn’t give me a bag LMAO. Not one to brag but if I came back, I could do that job 100X better then some of those employees working there. Andy is the best employee there by far, and has been since he’s been hired. He’s very efficient and normally does 2 other employees jobs while he’s already doing his own. That guy deserves one hell of a raise in my opinion just saying.
