I am so done with this location. Every time I order a pizza something is missing. They have the $9.99 any topping deal going on. Last month I ordered a pizza and the banana peppers were missing on the pizza. I pick up my pizza tonight and the Alfredo sauce I chose for my sauce wasn’t on my pizza. So there was no sauce on my pizza. Then the pizza wasn’t cut right. Some slices weren’t cut at all and others were cut too big

Just as a heads up, something went wrong with the hood vent for the oven causing issues for patrons to get there orders. I’m trying to let people be aware Papa John’s might be closed for a little while, until they fix it! The manager that apologized said that the hood vent had been Jerry rigged up earlier in the day and the storm that just ran through must’ve knocked it back out. Oh well! Maybe next time!

I asked for extra cheese and what I got was regular cheese that I was overcharged for. I also wanted thicker crust but this crust is so thin, no fluff at all. Papa Johns used to be so much better than this. Very disappointed

It was okay but I expect more from a medium 20$ pizza. Toppings only on half of each slice so a lot was not eaten as it was just sauce and crust. Would definitely order extra cheese if I go again.

I have waited a long time to post a review out of hopes the many bad experiences we have had with the Germantown, OH Papa John’s was just because they were short staffed, new, having a bad day, etc. I have never worked in food service so I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. I can’t do that anymore. This is LITERALLY the absolute worst papa John’s I have ever ordered from. Every single order is wrong, without fail they will forget something, mess up the order, or in this case deliver a pizza that was completely smashed. These guys don’t care, I don’t know what their problem is but if Papa John’s doesn’t fix it soon, I can promise they will go out of business.

So I ordered 2 pizzas 1 large 1 extra large see the picture attached. When I called the request the either something be done or just had a question of why this one was the same size as the other 1 when I ordered a large and an extra large they told me that it shrank in the oven… but the large didn’t shrink in the oven so now I’m very very confused. Good luck with your order… I hope that you get what you payed extra for because I did not.

I asked for extra cheese and felt like it was just regular cheese as well. The place was really busy but pick up was relatively easy. My husband ordered a regular crust pizza with meatball and pepperoni. It was decent. All in all it’s what you expect for Papa John’s.
