This super casual restaurant is on the tight side but since that means more seats, we can all be grateful.
The food is excellent. I recommend the Pho with two beef. You can’t beat the broth and the raw sides are the best.

Awesome pho ! Great flavor and the service is great. This place gets super busy and even with a ton of orders, our server stayed pleasant. I had the non-meat pho and it was delicious. Not sure if it’s vegetarian but I was glad they had the option.

When it first opened it was great. Now, the price raised and quality went down. I got the combo pho with spring rolls. I asked for no meatball and they gave me a ton, too cover up the fact that there were two pieces of thin strips of tribe and bits of brisket. Yes, i checked. They didn’t add bean sprouts or basil. They also forgot my 2 PC spring rolls. $26 worth of disappointment. I need to stop coming here. This was the third time they messed up my order. I’m very upset.

The food here is absolutely fantastic. Their spring rolls and bún dishes are impressive, full of authentic Vietnamese flavor and clearly made with care. If you’re here just for the food, you’ll leave happy and full.
That said, the service today really held the experience back. Evan seemed inattentive and disengaged. I wasn’t greeted when entering and he did not follow up during the meal.
Last week I came here as well and Passion was much more engaging. She was super friendly and helpful.

Second attempt at eating here. First time i cancelled my order cuz i had no idea there was a detour to get to location a few weeke ago. I come in today and order take out. I order and I get a text “orders ready”. Walked to register, told me not ready. Ok i sit back down. 20 mins later nothing. Its really busy and only 2 ppl working. I know they trying to save money by hiring less ppl but Saturdays are busy and u need at least 4 people. The register was cleaning tables and i never got a chance to pay. Was my final attempt at trying this place.

Had Duy Pham, the owner, and his fiance in to my place of work out in AZ, while they were travelling through. I told them i would be through Gallup in a few weeks time and sure enough, we stopped in. We came in tired hungry and road weary frok driving for two days, and had an AWESOME server, Dale, who accurately and carefully took our order, and no time wasted had our food on the table in less then 7 minutes. We were able to eat the incredibly tasty food, and be back on the road in less than 30 minutes and will for sure be back for more! Thank you for the wonderful food and service!!

According to the previous reviews from 7 months ago. Not much has changed. Atmosphere is wack. No sigma. Skibbidi rizz out the door fam. On a serious note the wait staff here are very dismissive and take their time with everything. From cleaning tables to taking orders. They seem to not like their job at all. Also to going to pay for the check. Theres about a 5 to 10 minute wait to do that. The service is the most terrible here. Cannot say enough about how bad it is. The only person who is remotely slightly attentive for the wait staff is the gentleman who wears a baseball cap most the time. Food is decent, at least. But the staff need to be revamped. Not great customer service at all. Our pho came out before our spring rolls. Seems like the waitresses here are more dismissive and rude compared to the waiters.

I love this place. Pho has become one of my favorite things to eat and I love seeing the upgrades they are putting in place. Food is always quickly served, service is 50/50 based on who you get but of course that’s with anything in the restaurant world not the establishments fault. Great restaurant overall.

I actually ordered my food via Doordash. My order included the beef and egg roll vermicelli which the menu claimed came with two egg rolls. I ordered two additional egg rolls. When I received my order, there was just one egg roll. I called the restaurant, and instead of taking responsibility like a legitimate restaurant would do, the person I spoke with blamed Doordash for the restaurant’s omission. The food was delivered quickly and was packaged as I am accustomed to receiving it from Pho W’ Me. It had not been tampered with. This restaurant has lost my business for good. I will not tolerate a business that rips people off and then refuses to take responsibility. I will be sure to share this story with my friends and neighbors in Gallup. This restaurant deserves to fail.

Will this is a place I most likely will not visit again. I’ll stick to getting my pho fix back home in Salt Lake City. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. Now the service that’s a whole different thing, it sucked big time very poor. We sat got our drinks, got one appetizer family got their pho while I waited longer for my vermicelli and finally got our second appetizer. Not once did our server ask if we wanted refills or how the food was or if we needed anything else. The pho could’ve used a bit more flavor but that’s just me I guess. The “hostess” tried to short change me as I paid in cash, not cool.
