Yum! Fantastic sweet pastries. Very flavorful and moist. And all very reasonably priced! The bolillo is tasty and perfect for sandwiches, but be aware that it stales pretty quickly, so try to eat it the same day you buy it. Also, there’s no seating inside, so plan to take it to go.

Panadería Los Padrinos is genuinely a solid spot. The place is clean, organized, and feels welcoming the moment you walk in. The staff greet everyone who comes through the door, which already sets a good tone. The bread is made fresh. you can actually smell the difference, and they offer a good variety: sweet Mexican bread, flan, Mexican candies, plus local organic honey and a range of drinks. It’s the kind of bakery that’s consistent, friendly, and worth stopping by whenever you’re in the area.

Possibly the best bolillos and fresh bread in town.
Subjective opinion of course yet we get many agreeing when we purchase the fresh pan and serve with butter or make molletes. And course their pan dulce along with there’s leches options are great. The other panederias in town are also fantastic. Yet El Padrino may just have the best bread.
Hot Tip:
* For Spanish language learners use this place as one of the many resources in town to practice your Español.

This place offers the best selections of Mexican bakery!! Once we discovered this place, some weekends, we will drive 100+ miles one way from Seattle just to buy a bag full of bakery from them. Absolutely the best in Seattle, Leavenworth and Wenatchee.
It seems we could never buy enough as everything is so delicious. We usually start eating when we get in the car, before we could drive out of the parking lot, half of the food was gone already! It’s just too delicious.

I love the fresh bread and cookies. Also I highly suggest trying their flan/jello cups. They are really good.
On the down part, Most cashères don’t speak English at all which makes it hard to communicate when you have questions. They had multiple flies every time I was at the store. For the sake of the sanitation and cleanliness of the fresh cooked breads, they should figure something out for the flies!

Probably the best panaderia in the area. I live 2 hours away and I make sure to buy mexican sweet bread from here when I’m in town. Always fresh, good taste, good size and well done. I appreciate the place being kept always clean, the panaderia has a good presentation. The cashiers are always really pleasent; you can tell they take pride of the good bread they sale.

The bread is decent but I don’t think I’ll be going back. Ever. The employees looked at us as if they had never seen a biracial couple. Not once did they smile. They looked at my daughter with disgust. I’m so disappointed. The cashier was decent to us but the rest made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I’ll be keeping my business with Ruben’s from now on.
