Aguacate is one of the best Mexican food trucks I’ve visited! I was seriously blown away by how incredible their birria was. The chicken burrito we had was fantastic too! We didn’t have to wait long at all for the food, and I think it’s a good location for the truck in front of the Wadsworth. I hope to visit them again soon!

The food is amazing but they’re not honest about their timing…. Respect people’s time. The first time I asked him how long it was going to take. He just kept repeating you’ll get a text message you’ll get a text message the order took 1 hour for 3 tacos . He decided to do 3 combos of 50 tacos each without. Being honest about time . Today I was ahead of time and ordered 1 hour prior. I got to pick up my order and he says that his system is not working so he never even started the order. Although I got a confirmation on my side. So if you want food make sure you order 4 hours prior. And even then they probably won’t be ready. .

Nachos were delicious, not soggy at all even with it being uber eats.
Birria tacos were very good and well portioned. My only thing about them was they werent as “tender” as I might have liked for meat being “slow cooked for hrs” consomme was tasty with a hint a sweetness which I enjoyed. Fair priced and worth a try. Will order again!
