Hands down the BEST tacos de barbacoa I’ve had in my life. ♥️ Rich in flavor. Salsa was fire, a great mix of spicy and lime. Beautifully presented. I took some to go. I’ll be back, for sure. Shout out to Gaby!! Staff was welcoming and so sweet.

This is definitely a Mexican hidden gem in Pasco. Easily the best torta ahogada I’ve had. They’re not just serving food, it’s a whole experience. Every ingredient and salsa feels carefully thought out, and you can really taste the attention to detail. The flavors are incredible.
The tacos were also amazing, super flavorful and perfectly crispy. The agua de jamaica with lime was so refreshing too.

Well it was my first time, winter time seems like they work a little different from summer, you place your order in one building and go to another across street to seat. Not a problem at all. The best torta ahogada I have in a long time. When they said, Guadalajara style, they meant it. The bread it’s just as good as the Guadalajara bread. Right amount of meat and sauce, it was DELICIOUS. you won’t regret it going. The service also top notch. The two who serve us were very nice and explained and served the dish like a work art to us. The whole experience and best environment. I love it and will definitely going back.

Incredible food. The owner prides himself on true Guadalajara style Mexican food. I’ve never been, but the food was awesome. Barbacoa tacos were perfectly seasoned, well balanced, and plenty of limes and sauce which is what is always missing. The ceviche, also wonderful. Will be coming again.
One item to note: There’s no seating specifically at the restaurant. However, during the winter, there is seating at the Cafe con Arte a block from the restaurant. You order, then sit at the Cafe and wait for your order. They deliver your food in heated carts. Wonderful service!

My boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch on our roadtrip and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The food was absolutely amazing. We had the tacos dorados, tacos de barbacoa, pork ribs in green chile sauce and the torta ahogada. This is the best Mexican food i’ve had in the States so far! We would happily make the 3 hour drive to eat here again, it was that delicious! Our server Josue was the cherry on top, que guapo!

Im so glad we found this place. The food was amazing. I got the tacos de barbacoa and they were delicious, best tacos I’ve had in a long time. I finished the food in 15 minutes because of how good it was.

The people here are so kind and the service was amazing! We got the carne asada tacos and the meat was so tender and flavorful. Every salsa was so good. The horchata is so light and delicious. I would 100% recommend!
