The wings were very good and delicious but the place is really small . It’s not great for dine in . And the atmosphere is not the best . It’s better for a grab & go . I tried 4 different flavors I really advise to try them. Mango habanero, Korean, garlic Parmesan, and hot honey rub.

I came here in the past, but recently I’ve been back a lot! The experience was great. Edwin is the one to go to. His energy is great, service is awesome and he actually makes me consider dining in instead of taking out. I am a store manager for a food spot so I know reviews are important and I just couldn’t not speak about my experience with him as a person. I’m telling you the food is great, fresh and the store is cleaned but I’m not gonna lie I come for his vibes!! Whoever is in charge he is awesome, keep him around!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I refrained from posting this review since my sister was waiting on the supervisor named Rudy to reach back out to her. To give Wingstop a chance to hold those men accountable for their disgusting remarks. Rudy said an investigation was going to be launched and he would reach back out to my sister and follow up. I understand it takes time, but it’s been a few weeks and nothing. She called the other day and asked to speak with Rudy and he was not in, a message was left for him and he has yet to reach out to her. There were grown men working at the location on 6615 Fm 78 Rd , San Antonio Texas that were being homophobic towards my nephew who is a CHILD. My mother and nephew went there yesterday to enjoy some wings and when they sat down waiting for their order they over heard these 5 grown men who work there talking about “ if that were my son I wouldn’t allow him to come out the house looking like that” Mind you my nephew curled his own hair that day because he CAN. They were mocking and making fun of a CHILD . Who does that ? The cashier who brought my mother and my nephew their wings apologized for those barbaric men working for Wingstop. This is not acceptable and this is not OKAY. My mother expressed to the cashier how they are there to serve food not joke and make fun of a child. My mom is older and did not want confrontation with these men. I am here writing this review for her since she does not know how to leave a review herself. She regrets not saying something to the manager , who she also believed may have been joking and mocking my nephew as well. My nephew should not have been treated that way and put in a situation like that by grown men who are supposed to be doing their job and not worrying about someone’s sexual orientation. WHAT DOES IT MATTER IF HES GAY , STRAIGHT, or BI?? NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS SITUATION , LET A LONE A CHILD! I AM DISGUSTED AND APPALLED !! DO BETTER !!!!! … My sister has informed me Wingstop is deleting reviews being left by my nephew and his friends about the situation. Rudy , if you see this reach out to my sister. She’s waiting on you. Wingstop higher ups / corporate need to do SOMETHING about this if Rudy isn’t going to follow through with his words , this is ridiculous. If those men are still working there. Imagine what other horrible and disrespectful things they’ve said about other customers. I know this isn’t the first nor the last time this will happen.

This isn’t the first time I received my food from them and the chicken still had feathers on it. I will never understand, especially after paying $20 for 10 wings how you can not only fry but season and toss in a container to serve wings that’s haven’t fully been plucked. If it was one feather FINE people make mistakes, things won’t always be perfect but half the wing with feathers is DISGUSTING! The I call to ask for a refund (ordered online) and the lady tells me I would have to bring the food back because if not “they won’t believe me for a refund” I told her no problem (but it was, you messed up my food now you want me to drive back, wasting time and gas just to show you something you KNOW you guys do so it’s not unlikely that’s actually what I found, again this has happened before I know it wasn’t a coincidence.) When I arrived there the cashier got the “manager” which she said there wasn’t one on staff over the phone and to my surprise the manager speaks absolutely no English and the cashier had to translate my concerns.. I had to wait 15 minutes for a refund and prior to the refund asked for a receipt.. I guess the manager didn’t explain it to the cashier properly because the cashier just kept telling me I needed the whole order present for a refund, I obviously got annoyed because this isn’t what I was told over the phone. After hearing this I asked could she bring the manager back to the front (she got back on the cook line) the manager refused (I could tell by body language and her literally not coming to the front.) and then I was presented with my print out office receipt for my refund by the cashier, I never once was offered an apology or explanation, I really need help understanding how you have someone managing a business and they can communicate with their customers but not only that what’s going on in the kitchen that nasty product like that is being fried up and sent out, this stuff isn’t cheap.

They had the air conditioning on in the winter and it was freezing in there the food was cold due to the low temperature in the establishment. We spoke to the employees and they advise they don’t control the air it’s control by corporate. Corporate you gotta do better cause I wanted to Run out of there.

For starters my husband asked me to call due to him being placed on hold . I got through right away . After I had a question regarding catering and I got placed on hold and shortly after the phone disconnected . Between 6 calls I got a hold of lina spoke and some guy who both hung up the phone on me and laughed if only they would hire people who actually want to work ignorant. I ended up going to a different location but the fact of the matter service here sucks !

Ordered for pick up. When I got home they put in a ranch sauce with no lid and it spelled all
over the inside of the bag. Called and asked for the manager explained to her what happened. Told her that they should be more careful when packing customers orders. And all I got was an attitude and she hung up on me. Incredible customer service you can tell the level of education these people have.

There was an issue placing my order on my second visit. The KITCHEN LEAD yessenia ( this isn’t the correct spelling just how it’s pronounced, she’s short with dark blonde hair, dark eyeliner and wears a hair net!)who lied and told me she was the manager when I asked to speak to one after her dismissive and rude behavior . She told me the order I was trying to place was not allowed. I told her that I was there the night before and placed the same exact order . She responded “you gonna tell me you placed an order and I’m the manager” insinuating that I wasn’t telling the truth when she perpetrated about being the store manager . She tried it! I pulled up the receipt of my order from the previous night . Only than she wanted to apologize and laugh it off and I gave her a pass. Today 02/09/2023 I placed another order with a very kind young lady. She disappeared before I could ask her for fresh fries. The (TEAM LEAD) who I had the prior incounter with came to the front and I politely asked for fresh fries and she tells me they are fresh . I told her they are cold and soggy . So she continues to attempt to go back & fourth with me instead of giving me a fresh batch of fries . Then she flicks her hand at me and walks off . She’s rude & disgusting & I will be contacting corporate! Oh and my wings weren’t properly cleaned had tons of nasty feather on them. I won’t be back!
