I was super excited to get insomnia cookie until I walk into this location and was greeted with two girls texting on their phones. They looked up just for a moment to say hold on before continuing on their phones. One preceded to walk over texting on her phone and asked what we wanted. About to place the order Alyssa B (which I got on the receipt) walks back to finish her text and walks back texting on her phone again. While placing the order she sets her phone down next to the register glancing back at it while putting in our order. She packages up our order then grabs her phone again to start texting again. It was clear that her phone was a bigger priority than providing good customer service. The lack of professionalism and attention made what should’ve been a fun treat run feel awkward and frustrating.
It’s really disappointing to see such disengaged staff representing the Insomnia Cookies brand. If I could give zero stars I would have. Great cookies deserve great service and this experience was far from it.

Always loved Insomnia cookies. Great cookies open very late and always friendly people serving you. Happens to be next to Cottage Inn Pizza so that’s a huge plus! Plus they have Gluten Free cookies. Plus I have to give a shout out to Kayla. Super nice and friendly and always a delight to visit with while waiting for my Cottage Inn Pizza.

The cookies are really good. I typically get the snickerdoodle and have never been disappointed. Prices are a little high, but how else do you expect a business to stay open with just cookies and ice cream. Good thing there is a college and a bunch of “CBD” stores around.

The wait time is ridiculous. This is the second time I’ve gone to this store where I ask for a cookie and the lady says “We’ll have it out in 10 minutes” then 30 minutes go by and they still don’t have it out. Then another night, the store was closed without warning. They had like 5 employees just sitting around in there doing nothing while that tiny store became packed because none of them could ring anyone up. I’d be a bit more understanding if they didn’t lie to me and say 10 minutes but by the looks of it other people have this problem as well. Do better please.

Just went and when we walked in the man working said it’d be 15 minutes which was fine and we ordered and instead we were there for 45 minutes and the guy working wore AirPods the whole time and ignored us when we asked how much longer. We then get our food and half of it is wrong and the ice cream we got which was supposed to be an Oreo ice cream and we got a peanut butter ice cream instead which my allergic sister ate and has now had an allergic reaction.. thanks.

On November 7 around 11:20 PM, my friend and I walked into the Insomnia Cookies store. There was a staff member sitting down and on her phone when we entered. She looked at us but continued using her phone without acknowledging us. We waited about 3–4 minutes before my friend said, “Excuse me,” and the employee responded with “Just a sec,” while still staying on her phone. Because of this unprofessional and inattentive service, we decided to leave. She was still sitting on her phone as we got into our car.
We used to stop by this location every once in a while for cookies, but this experience was really disappointing. Hopefully, the management addresses this issue to improve customer service in the future.

I am deeply disappointed to have to be writing this review. I have always loved, and enjoyed Insomnia Cookies. However, I cannot push off writing this any longer. The past 4-5 times I have tried going to get cookies the store has been closed; when online the store said that it was open. Ex: Online it said it closed at 3am, and I went at 2am but the store was closed. It is quite a drive for me to get there also, so the fact that I had to waste gas to get there, and got no cookies in return deeply saddens me. It’s unfortunate I have to say this, but Insomnia has lost a loyal customer.

Emily was my server and she was friendly, professional and even recommended a Christmas type cookie, gingerbread!! I am so happy this place is in an easy to find location! They are known for late night cookie delivery!! Since it is Christmas time, I’m hoping they will have a frosted Christmas cookie available soon!!

Went at 11:25 and it was still closed although they were supposed to open at 11. I waited and once they finally did open, the guy working there told me I’d have to wait an additional 20 mins for any cookies because he was busy baking for a delivery order.
