SUPER friendly service (great lady at the window!!!!) with food I couldn’t eat. I ordered a bagel through my mobile dunkin app, using points because life be lifing out here…. and I couldn’t even eat my meal. I don’t blame the staff – Dunkin, higher your standards and do better. The bagel was hard as a rock and should have been thrown away. The prices keep rising, perhaps the good quality should too?????

Placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru. I shared my name and didn’t mind spelling it, but the response I received felt a bit dismissive something along the lines of “yeah yeah Sri and a bunch of letters after, come on upfront.”
At the pickup window, the interaction continued in the same tone. The staff member held the food bag and pointed at the name without saying anything, no greeting, no verbal confirmation, just gestures. The customer service just didn’t feel welcoming.
The order was correct, but the Chai Latte and Dunkaccino were both extremely sweet and didn’t really taste like lattes. A little balance in the drinks and a bit more courtesy at the window would make the experience much better.

I order a decade latte and it was caffeine instead, order a ham and cheese stuffed croissant and they have me pretzel ham and cheese slider and ordered a avocado toast with no everything bagel season and it had it on the toast anyways. Dunking Donuts please train your employees to take their time and give the customer what they ordered. If anyone make a Mobile order please check it out before leaving the window and then the employee get angry likes its your fault. It’s like riding into the bad girls club to get a coffee. These broods here at this location all have nasty attitudes. Don’t say good morning welcome to Dunkin’ Donuts, They none have smiles. If you woke up like this I hate to see the rest of the day. Putting them badass spirits on

Just about the nicest people in here and is really hard to find good service in this city but the ladies here are the sweetest nicest I’ve seen in a long time. They greeted me as soon as I came in and were extra nice to my little ones (they can be a bit rowdy at times) I would definitely be back to this location just based on the great service I received.

The attitudes that come along with the service members that work there are awful. Can’t even ask how someone is doing when you are greeted without being told to “HOLD ON”. I’ve never been one to complain but this is the third time I’ve received attitude from the same girl working the front counter for no reason. I love Dunkin and I’m there every other day. Please do better when someone asks how your day is going and leave you sorrows at the door!

Customer service great. Ordered a 6 pack donuts:3 blueberry cake and 3 chocolate cake. Chocolate were great. I dont think the blueberry were blueberry. No taste of blueberry at all. Hardly glazed. Horrible blueberry. So disappointed as these are my favorites. Owner/manager should make this right

I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ drive-thru. The employee at the window was extremely rude and dismissive, to the point that I decided to leave the line without completing my order. I called the store afterward to report the issue, but never received a call back from the manager.

Today, September 19th, 2025, in the morning, I walked in, the female employee was around the cash register & she didn’t acknowledge me. She looked at me but she didn’t say “hi” or “good morning” or “I’ll be with you in a minute.” I stood there, 45 seconds later another employee walked near the register to get donuts. She too didn’t take my order or say anything. I had to walk over to where they all were & ask if anyone can take my order. One of them walked over saying something nasty. I told her to forget it & I walked out. I didn’t buy anything here & I won’t be back. These employees don’t know business & professionalism. I don’t recommend this Dunkin.
