Host, waiter, buses, and Manager were al very attention. My water glass was never empty. Generous wine pours. Mussels, ox tail gnocchi and cannoli were perfect. The mussel presentation was only amplified by the smoky, tarragon aroma. Wow! Will be back!

This spot has become our absolute go-to for local date nights and special celebrations! The staff goes above and beyond, ensuring top-notch service and exceptional food. One of the things I love most is the ever-changing seasonal menu—always fresh, always inspired by the best produce from the farmers market. Every visit feels like a new but familiar experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

Modern Italian restaurant with sophisticated menu options. In other words, this place rocks! This is not the place for Chicken Parm. However, if you’re looking for interesting Italian menu choices, then this is the right place. We started with the Burrata, but this was no ordinary Burrata. The squash puree with maple dressing was an incredible, delectable combination. For my main, I had the Mafalda pasta. It was fresh, tasty, and not salty. In other words, it was delicious. We also had the Roasted Brussels Sprouts as a side. They were crispy and mouth watering. My wife had the Linguine Nero which was simply amazing. For dessert, we shared the Cinnamon Bread Pudding. It was fresh, warm, moist and very comforting. Service was incredibly friendly and gracious. Overall, an excellent dining experience.

Had such a beautiful dinner at Augustine’s and every bite felt like a little celebration. First off, let’s talk about the Fairy Godmother cocktail – gorgeous deep purple, topped with a sparkly rock candy stick, and totally delicious. A drink that’s as fun to look at as it is to sip!

We started with the mussels – plump, perfectly cooked, and served in a rich tomato broth with sausage and fennel. Just wow. Perfectly mopped up with that hearty slice of seeded bread.

The Cauliflower Diablo was another standout – perfect texture, spicy, and finished with pine nuts for the perfect texture pop. If you like heat, don’t miss it. The grilled asparagus and cheese croquettes were another unexpected star – runny yolk, creamy center, and just the right amount of char. Who knew that combo would be such a hit?

The pappardelle with beef cheek was rich and comforting, like the best homemade Sunday dinner you never made. And then there was the tiramisu – so airy and light it basically floated off the plate. The cocoa powder and powdered sugar dusting made it extra dreamy.

From cocktails to dessert, every course was thoughtful and delicious. Thank you to the team for making it such a special evening—we left full, happy, and already plotting our next visit!

Great restaurant. The space is small so it can get loud during peak dining times. The menu has many standard Italian dishes with interesting twists. The service was great and our waiter was well versed in the full menu. He answered a few questions and led us to some great dishes we might has overlooked.

2nd review. The food here is consistently good. We got the pork belly with lentils…and you might be like what???..it was truly incredible. Then we had the lamb shank on polenta and the cappeleni with sausage. Delish. Just amazing flavors…and different.

1st review. Good food. Interesting choices. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. We got the bone marrow which was so decadent and flavorful. Octopus was nice..very filling. Pasta mafalda was the star of the night. Lamb chops was ok…peas and beans a little too much for a lamb dish. But otherwise was a nice Italian spot. Parking is paid on the street.

Sono italiana, e sono sempre alla ricerca di piatti buoni della mia terra! I went there for a casual Saturday lunch with my friend. At the beginning I liked it, the cold cuts and the giardiniera were good. But then the service took forever to bring the main dish. They weren’t that busy because when I asked for the check it took literally 30 seconds. That is what disappointed me. Also the mafalda with ragù wasn’t that special, actually the sauce was very heavy. Not enough pasta and 5 pounds of meat. No thanks. The manager was very tense towards the girl that was taking care of the service and I could feel it and I didn’t like it. The drinks were good, but definitely I don’t need to go back there for a good drink.

Had an amazing dinner at Augustine’s. Everything on the menu sounds amazing, my wife and I struggled deciding on what to eat.

Started with the meat and cheese plate, picked 3 meats and 3 cheeses. There was only 3 cheeses to pick from, I think there should be a larger selection. Regardless all cheeses and meats were delicious. The zeppoli that came with the plate were amazeballs.

For dinner we got 2 pasta dishes. The special pasta was goat cheese stuffed pouches with beets. Other choice was the Mafalda. All made in house and delicious. Mafalda pasta could have been a little thicker to stand up to the chunky meat sauce but I’m grasping at straws to find a critique.

Dont usually order dessert but this time we ended with the special bread pudding, we got the last one of the night. Worth all the unnecessary calories.

Our server, maybe his name was Michael, was spot on. Was knowledgeable about the menu and the wines. Very personable and was witty with his responses to my sometimes annoying questions. All the support staff made sure our waters were filled and dirty plates were taken away from the table in almost a superhero type speed.

The atmosphere is the only thing that makes this restaurant not for everyone. We sat in the front dining room and the tables are very close to one another. By the time our dinner was over we had small conversations with the tables on either side of us. If you enjoy this, great. Don’t have super private conversations here.

All and all, 5 out of 5 stars. Going back for sure and trying some of the other delicious items we were unable to order.

First time here. Wife’s boss invited us to dinner with his wife and another provider from the practice. We tried several appetizers and had a meal each. Before that we had some drinks. All the drinks and food were really good and the service was pretty attentive. We also had some deserts and after dinner drinks that were also good. Bit of a travel for us from Rockland County but not a bad place to try for a nice but slightly expensive night out. It was definitely a long night as we were the last to leave because even the chef was at the bar waiting for us to finish up and leave.

Was my first time trying on a Saturday night.
1. Service:
10/10 attention
10/10 time for serving
2. Food quality:
5/10
3.Flavor:
4/10
4. Wine tasting
10/10
Price:
7/10 we got an appetizer for two, two entrees and 1 dessert for $138

For a Michelin star I was expecting a lit bit more regarding taste and quality. Prosciutto was old and saggy. I got a specialty of the day which was sea food pasta and tasted flavorless and overcooked.
I don’t know if was only that day but I would like to come back and try again to see if I can experiencing a better quality. Service and waitress were great!
